I am very impressed with this Firestone! They were honest and helped me save a TON of money. I came in with no appointment and they were able to fix my car the same day. 10/10 this is a great shop.

Happy with customer service, communication, service, etc. Wasnt "cheap" but nothing is these days. Will gladly recommend to those seeking this level of service (clean shop timely, etc).

Have top notch diagnostic techs! May not always be same day but they will find the problem and fix it right.

I bought a battery for my car in 2020 at a different Firestone location that failed within the warranty period so I had to come here to have it changed. I asked about an oil change since I was here and have always had synthetic oil previously. I opted for a regular oil this time after asking the guy if it would cause any issues and was told no. After a 2.5 hour wait, I was called up to the counter and told that I was required to do a synthetic oil change per manufacturer recommendation and that’s all they were allowed to do ($80 more than original amount). I said I’ll wait on that because the dealership will do it for $40 less than they charge. He said oh I’m sorry we already drained your oil out so you really don’t have an option now. Clearly the store manager doesn’t know his product, or used a bait and switch tactic to force me into a repair I wouldn’t have had completed. Plus I’ve been sitting here more than 4 hours for what should be two simple things. I’m extremely upset and will be disputing the charge with my bank. Avoid this place if you want honest mechanics!

Good job on my lifetime alignment but changed me an extra $30 on something I didn't ask for. I didn't feel like debating with the guy considering that he was giving me attitude like he was doing me a favor so I let it go. I will take full advantage of my lifetime alignment but probably won't be giving them any more business.

Ed was a hero! I had an issue with my tire, came to Firestone (accidentally) without an appointment on a Friday evening. Despite the short notice and end of day approaching, he still fit us in. The fix was perfect and the service quick! We’ll definitely be back!

Great work and service. We mistakenly thought we made an appointment for a tire repair but did not send it all the way through, and Ed still took the extra time to take care of us even though he was getting ready to finish his day. The work itself was perfect and Ed was the best. We’ll definitely be back here for anything else we need!

Friendly but very disorganized. They didn’t call me when my car was ready until after I inquired and had my car parked in another businesses lot when they told me they had pulled it up to the front. Only coming here if it’s absolutely necessary.

I came in to check on my low air tires, stood around for 10 minutes trying to get anyone’s attention, and they definitely saw me, yet no one came to check on me. Poor service.

The absolute worst Customer service. Steven up from just stands around and says “I don’t know”a lot.

Dropped off my car at 7am for an oil change, 5.5 hrs later and it’s still not done. I show up at time they said it would be done and they have my car on the lift and no one is working on it. I ask about it and they said “we have to refill it” yet no one is doing anything. I’ve been here for 15min and not one person has touched my car.
This place should’ve stayed closed.

Needed some air in my tires and the people were very helpful! 10/10 recommended for all car needs!

I took my vehicle in for repairs on 6/17/23. Two of those repairs included replacing the air cabin filter and brake fluid exchange. I had an appointment for 9/19 for an oil change and to look at the cabin air filter because there was a mildew smell. They did not complete the service Tuesday and did not communicate to me that they were short staffed. They said they’d get to it the follow day but when I called they let me know it still wasn’t looked at. I picked my car up Wednesday and took it to the Volvo service center Thursday morning. At Volvo I was informed and shown photos that my air cabin filter was never replaced and the brake fluid exchange was not completed. Not only is this Firestone unable to complete services in a timely manner but they’re charging for services that were not completed.

Maintenance and business practices here are unprofessional and a scam. Upchrage for services not needed is bad. They will play on your knowledge. Avoid this firestone.

These guys are great! I didn't get work on my car because after I explained to them what was going on, they knew it was my computer.they referred me to a shop that would be cheaper and quicker than the dealership. I still enjoyed the conversation. They were very friendly and professional!

This place needs more employees. Was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes. Went in to inquire about service. There were two employees running the whole operation: a manager and one technician. They were both very polite but overwhelmed with calls and people waiting in the lobby. I can only say that this location needs more employees.

I would never recommend this SERVICE CENTER and I’m a SERVICE MANAGER. Customer Service TERRIBLE and if I owned this. I would fire them all! SAID THEY WERE CLOSED at 6pm on Wednesday LAZY……. Just sitting around doing nothing…. NOT EVEN ONE STAR RATING! Call me…. I will get this turned around for you!

WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND GIVEN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my car in for a repair, I picked it up now the problem is still persistent only it’s worse. But they still took my money and when I went back in said they couldn’t help me with the issue? Told me to take it to a dealership … and refused a refund even though the issue wasn’t fixed. Laughed in my face. Micheal was not helpful. Very rude.

Took my care into the shop to get a new battery - they called us back and recommended we do an alignment - so we did. They called back the next day to tell us that they snapped a bolt and our car was in drivable. Have to now scrap the car because of the damage they did after just taking it in for a new battery.

Giovanni is the best real professional and he'll do his best to help. Quick service they help alot.

Great service - I needed a flat tire changed on a Sunday before a road trip and they went out of their way after they had closed to make sure I could get back on the road. Would highly recommend!
