Do NOT recommend! My husband walked in being notified he had his credit card on file and was given a choice of wheels and got the yes everything was a go. They installed the tires and then notified us the card didn’t go through, they insisted we called and THEN remembered it was closed on Sundays. They also failed to mention or check the change of card policies and card you all updated. So we had to proceed to uninstall the tires and had a charge of $267 for 8 X installing and reinstalling of tires and other services we did not confirm (tire pressure, vehicle inspection, service kits). The Manager on floor who helped us named Christian was no help and very unprofessional in every aspect. Would rate this no stars if possible.

I'm so mad I had an appointment for a tires instalation a 8 am they finish into 2 pm and now pressure sensors are not working but when I dropped in the morning they was working fine I'm so disappointed of this now probably I have to buy new ones

Do not recommend. Wanted to get a tire sensor replaced that I knew was bad. The woman at the front was lazy and didn't want to mess with it you could tell. She said they were going to have to diagnose to see which one was bad. I told her I knew which one was bad I didn't want it to be diagnosed. She said they will have to charge a dismount and mounting fee and to recalibrate it even though I said I could recalibrate it myself. $20 sensor they wanted almost $400 to replace a tire sensor do not waste your time going to this place.

The Manger told me take too the store on Andrew's they could help me better because they would have a ticket for my service again.

You say online and on the sign on your door that you open at 7am but didn't open until a little after 8 am. Tried calling the day before but no one would answer.

By far the best Firestone in the Midland/Odessa area. I have never had an issue at this location, they went out of their way to fix a mistake made at another location. Highly recommend these guys!

The “mecanic” is a kid from high school even though he looks like hes 30 sum didn’t want to remove the wheel locks cuz he was afraid to brake them an get yelled at by his boss just wasted 3 hours waiting for him

I came in and I just bought a car I had a flat they tried everything but there were hub locks on them but no key! Rudy and Tony were wonderful they could not help me but work so hard! I called and talked with Allen and he was so helpful when I wanted to speak with Claudia the Manager who will give them all a big hug for me! If you need anything on your car please go see Claudia Allen Rudy & Tony there are there for you!

I've been a Firestone customer for over a decade. No more.
I had a 1000 appointment for four new tires. At 1230 still my car sits there. The manager could care less and is incompetent. She had her crew meeting at 1000 and pulled them all inside foyer for photos at 1100.

Wheel alignment. They only have junior technicians that are not experienced and cannot do the job. They did not call me when I had an appointment and they did not leave me a message. I got there and they says oh sorry we cannot do your alignment here even though you made an appointment do you need to go to one of our other stores that has a master technician.

Went in needing a tires patched but ended needing two tires that were unpatchable but the counter sales woman helped me get tires at an affordable price and left with two good tires.thank you so much Firestone team.

Called to see the price if they put brake pads on. I was told "Nope, we send it to your dealership"

When it comes to tires, at least, they will lie to you. I took a tire off and took it in to have it patched later they called and said they could not patch tires in the sidewall I took tire home and removed from wheel myself and it was 3.5 inch from the sidewall. Most likely, knowing my car was all wheel drive was trying to get me to get all new tires. I will not be back and will tell anyone not to go here for tire service.

Walked in, Service Manager was very helpfull and got 4 new tires for a great price under an hour i was driving back home.

Lady working the front desk was rude and dismissive to us. She told that there was nothing she could do to help us and went right back to looking at her phone. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I will never come back to this Firestone ever again! If you have the choice to go anywhere else you absolutely should!

I would give them zero star don’t recommend to nobody under new management it was way better back then
