Best place I been to fu break check. They cancelled my lifetime alignment because I supposedly changed a part Wich I didn't. At Firestone it didn't matter what you do to your car once you get lifetime alignment that's what they mean lifetime. Thank you Firestone

I got an alignment and noticed wear on the inside of the tire just weeks later. Upon looking at my report I noticed the camber and caster were not even touched. Hence the wear on the inside of the tires. I reported incident with management and they did nothing. In fact Kevin Khorrami the general manager ignored my emails as well. Please don't respond like you guys care or going to do anything to resolve this matter.

Went to have two tires checked this morning because the light came on. I checked one was very low at 11. Walked in told the guy I need them to check the TIRES! My car was put on the lift and they changed the oil didn’t even check the tires. Then told me the oil change was free but they would now check the tires which I had originally went in for, how do tires and oil change get mixed up? I will never go back to this location! Complete incompetent staff

I had a horrible experience at the 249 location on Tuesday 8/11/2020 and I thought I was giving them a bad survey but somehow it went to Spring location and not only did the new Manger Karon Dalton apologize for the 249 location but he gave me a nice credit and I'm grateful that he really cared! I been a repeating customer who patronize them very well since 1992 so Kudos to him and Thank You:)

Had bad experience with this location that occurred at two different visits. I did wheel alignment recently and wasn't sure if it was done really. The service quickly finished in ~15 mins or less (typically 45 mins to 1 hr job not including waiting time) and even complained that I did not see my car went inside the shop. I doubt if they did it. Unfortunately, I was inside the office and talking on the phone ~20 mins. Hence, I did not see the actual job done. Nevertheless, the time it took them to finish is too short for the job requested. Be careful with this shop and strongly NOT recommend them.

I give them 5 stars because this is one of the few firestones who are able to do wheel alignment for 24 inch rims with no problem

100% markup on parts. $116 part cost me $245 at firestone. Went in for an alignment, got a quote for $1,500 for over priced parts and labor. Find a local mechanic.

Oil change took 2 hours, told me I needed a high price fix on my car only to go elsewhere to be told something completely different that was a quick fix? ! Location on 1960 is just all around smoother and faster!

Best staff, they are able to do alignments on lifted wide trucks. Never had a problem after a alignment

I went in for a vehicle inspection on my truck. The tech said my wait would be able 15 or 20 minutes, turned out, I waited less time and was out of the door in 15 minutes. So I drove home, picked up my car and returned for yet another short wait. The service was great and the team was quite professional and kind. Thanks guys.

Minimum wage employees that don't bother applying their brains towards customer service, a simple phone call could have resolved a three hour delay. I've had other experiences with Firestone tires and their subpar service.

Worst service I’ve had, charged $350 for a bushing repair because they needed the “whole kit”! The store manager is a joke, not one apology for the 3 days it took to get the part, he didn’t even seem to care when I came in to pick it up. Just said nope that’s the price and walked his butt to another room to sit back down on a stool. This should be Zero stars, if you want customer service this is not the place to go.

I just finished getting 4 tires mounted on my Z and the customer service was superb! Since i have staggered wheels, they had to special order the tires and they came in at a reasonable time! Only took 2 hours for everything. Will definitely be coming back!

Please Don't go to this place. My cousin went to repair the brakes on his car and almost got an accident after this service was done for Firestone at 2920 Kukendal in Houston Tx. I will not recommend this place. Bad mechanics!

Third different vehicle in for work. Last time it was for a/c work on my Camaro. Tried to charge double for work after I had a quote. They honored the quote, but the a/c went out 2 weeks later and they wanted to charge me again for same work.

Thorough, professional, and honest. They take time to properly diagnose, look at alternatives, and explain everything.

Poor execution on tire balance and up sold on additional repairs. Purchased tires from online website for installation here. They were flexible in my appointment time (I was delayed), but I still waited almost 2 hours. When picking up, the installer told me that my wheels were bent and he did best he could. Vehicle vibrated, and I return later in the week for rebalance. Second time the wheels were balanced properly. However, I was informed of brake issues, and I needed a complete brake drum replacement for $700 - promptly left. I do not recommend based on my experience, and I will not return.

My husband gets good service. I get treated like an idiot, well really like a regular customer there. If you sit there and listen to their sales team they push things that aren't really necessary.
