Firestone Complete Auto Care, Houston TX

Firestone Galleria needs to get a new manager, of all the Firestones I've been she has the worse customer service and management skills. It's clear she doesn't know how to manage this prime location. Customer service is not her strong point and she’ll argue with the customer even though she is wrong. I arrived 7.50 am just before they opened at 8am to get my tires & state inspection done. The manager told me it would take no longer than 2 hours and as I was the first there my car would be the first one worked on. 2 hours later I came back, and they had not even started on the tires, they had just managed the state inspection. Which is odd, I'm not sure how the car passed an inspection given the tires were dangerously bald. She claimed she told me my vehicle was going to be next, which was lie given there were no other customers. Also, even if my car was next it doesn't take 2 hours to do a state inspection. The manager was totally unapologetic and handled the situation poorly.

I stopped by the this location to replace two tires on the passenger and rear right side of my Corolla. There were no lights showing on my odometer prior to the tire replacement. I was dumbfounded to discover my check engine, ABS and TRAC OFF light to all be showing after I paid and my keys handed back to me! They claimed it was not their fault but that is complete B. S! Will never utilize Firestone ever again!

Rip off. Went for state inspection and was told 3 tires need replacement and have a tread of 2. Went to costco for new tires and they said i still have 5-7 tread left on all tires. So unless my tires magically increased treads, what a way to upsell.

I visited this Firestone on 6.23.2020 to have my vehicle inspected. Since I suffer with an auto immune disorder I called ahead to inquire about their compliance in reference to the county wide ORDER for businesses to enforce the wearing of masks by their employees and customers. I explained my medical issue and concerns about having someone other than a family member enter my vehicle to the associate that answered the phone. In responce I was told " we wear masks and gloves! " When I arrived at the shop and parked, in front of the bay doors facing Westheimer, I noticed that no one in the bay was wearing a mask or gloves. As I entered the store through the door to the right of the bay, the associate (a stout man with a thinish beard, looked to be Hispanic approximately 5'. 6" tall) at the first counter put on his face mask and greeted me. He wrote up my work order, and I went outside to stand while my vehicle was being serviced. The associate (Black man with very short waved hair and glasses, in full uniform approximately 5". 6" tall, average build) that worked on my vehicle was wearing a mask, but no gloves. At this point I saw another associate (he had dirty blonde to light br.jaw length hair, look to be a white man, average build) wearing a mask and black gloves leave and reenter the bay. Once the service was completed on my vehicle, I reentered the store. The associate that initially helped me was busy on the phone. Consequently, another associate (he was a tall (above 5'. 6") man (average build) with short dark hair wearing blk.framed glasses, unshaven, look white) completed my transaction. He had a mask in his shirt pocket, but never bothered to put it on! I stood back as he completed the paperwork for my service, paid and left! You may ask why I didn't insist that they put on the gloves and masks that I was told they wore when I called in. The answer is simple, 1. I was lied to from the beginning. 2. There is a county wide ORDER in place that masks be worn due to COVID-19.3. To insist may have led to an excess of dialogue thereby causing the spreading of more droplets, possibly placing me and others at a greater risk. Therefore, the best that I could do was: 1.make others aware of my experience by writing this review. 2.due to the lack of consideration and safety for customers demonstrated by the standards practiced at this Firestone, in the future, take my business some place else!

They charge a ridiculous amount of money for services that anywhere else you can get for about 1/3 the price. Take your car elsewhere you can definitely find a way cheaper price for the same services.

The service from the attendant in the building was very friendly but it took a long time just to put windshield wipers on to finish my inspection and they cost me 25 dollars to put on. I wouldn’t have been able to get my truck inspected without them. I think the price was a little too much and since it’s right off westheimer it’s hard to get in and out of that location so I really felt trapped into having to purchase them from that store. Inspection took an hour when there was only 1 customer in front of me.

I asked to have my fuses checked, they didn’t tell me a price. I came to pick up my car they charged me $100 to tell me that it’s 80$ to change my brake light and 350 to change me head light. I was not informed of the $100 charge until I got back. They are thieves with terrible customer service. I will never use them again and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Great place they take they're time to do thing right and check for anything else that could go wrong in the future.

The man working the evening shift 6/16 was rude, gave very short answers, and overall made it very obvious he didn't want to deal with me. I'll be going to a different Firestone next time.

Feels like they rush everything. Twice I have gotten an oil change and both times they forget to reset. Have to come back. In addition, you have to ask them to review the free multi point inspection checklist. If they agree to review it with you, they just skim through it. No guidance or recommendations.

Been going here for 4 or 5 years for most services for my car. Never been unsatisfied. Always feel like I can trust them. Now I go out of my way to go there for what I need.
Even just air.
In a week or so tires.

Visit for tires turned out better than expected

Very poor customer service.gave me appointment for tire rotation and on my appointment they kept me there almost three hours.

Extremely competent and nice! They were able to realign my husbands lowered car without any issue and without any complaints. And it was done extremely quickly.

Average service. Nothing spectacular. They couldn't take the wheel locks off my cars and were tempted to break the studs. Luckily I prevented that and went to Discount Tires instead

They are in a good location next to the Galleria Mall if you like to be in walking distance to main attractions Uptown has to offer

Very bad experience.they change my 4 rotor and break pad, which was not supposed to.but a week later it start squeezing again.
I made a huge mistake in my life here!
Please guys don't be fooled by fake smiles, they dont care about your money.

I had a great experience with them. The service manager was amazing, and helpful. Super polite. I believe his name was Ivan. I will definitely be going back here for any issues I have with my vehicle.

This firestone location is the best hands down.very fast service, fast like you pull up and they walk up.maaannnnnn and the manager CHRIS is sooooooo amazing, great great guy.he has made this place my new firestone home.i we recommend this place to everyone. I will not say going to another location won't be worth your wild but I tell you it won't be an experience of any sort that you would get visiting this location

Very happy with this location they were able to do my oil change and tune up for 3x less then BMW Dealership. I will be bringing my car back to them for repairs before I go to the dealership that is for sure

Bad service and disrespectful staff. No regards for customers at all. People plsase stop going there so corporate do something about it!
they wont notice until they start loosing business!
