Firo Fire Kissed Pizza, Wichita Falls TX

To be fair the food was alright but the customer service was too bad. I came with 5 different friends and they won't even happy because we told them to change gloves or use a clean knife for my diet restriction and allergies.

Firo Pizza gave me a pizza that had pork on it and they know I do not consume pork due to religious restrictions. After they gave me a pizza that had pork on it and I refused to eat it because I do not consume pork. They made me a new one and made me pay for it. They refused to refund me the original one that I had paid for that had pork on it. So I ended up paying for two pizzas, but only ate one

Service was great. Spinach pizza was cold n dried out. I was totally shocked. I've never had this happen before. It'll be awhile before I go back. Fix income this was a waste of my splurge.

The food is amazing. I’ve been customers since they opened. But here lately the service it’s been really bad, the employees are really disrespectful and rude towards the customer.
It is a really good place but they need to do something with their employees.

I came in around 8: 30pm and the two girls working were just flat out rude and not friendly at ALL. This very sweet couple came in right after me and mentioned they have never been here before and they just didn’t care to explain how it kinda works like subway they were just standing there confused wondering why they weren’t getting a response. Just thought it was flat out rude behavior.

I came in, and I told them I was picking up. They told me to go to the geloto and wait. When I got over there, a girl asked what the name was, and told her and pointed at the pizza, mentioning that it was mine. Then, I walked away. The girl making it ignore me and put it in the warmer when I was standing there mentioning it was mine. Also, she didn't bother to ask what my name was or if I needed anything. After that, I saw a worker there, I knew we talked for a bit and eventually told her my pizza was in that warmer. Other than that, the pizza was delicious.

The food is always fresh, hot and tastes great. The restaurant is clean, has good seating. Staff is friendly.

First time visiting a Firo, but it was great. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They had a gluten free crust the wife needed. I tried a bite of it myself and thought it tasted better than many others I've tried. We will go back some time soon.

The inside is warm and it’s not over decorated. The worker are very patient as you try to think of what you want to put in your pizza. Then the worker walks around to make sure everything is good and that you got everything you needed. When you are done and leaving, they make sure to thank you for coming and tell you to have a good day.

My friends and I came here to eat in-between classes and had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming and the environment was very clean. The pizzas came out in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back here when we have free time between classes! Firo is now my favorite pizza place to eat here in Wichita Falls!

The food is always good. Once the pizza is delivered you are on your own but that is the style of Resturaunt. My daughter left her cellphone and we had to go back but thankfully they were honest and had it waiting for her. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely one of our favorite spots.

Okay guys. Sooo this isn’t just any regular pizza place. Firo is out of this world! For starters, customer service was great from the minute we walked in the door with a warm welcome from the staff. My family and I are new to this restaurant, and the staff happily explained everything. The Build Your Own pizza we had ordered tasted so amazingly! And the salad was the cherry on top! I would definitely make a trip back here again!

Tried to call a order in but the phone was always busy went in To place order and asked about call in orders the cashier looks at the phone it had be on mute for the last two hours very inconvenient

Such a great restaurant! The food was amazing. One of the best pizzas I've had in wichita falls!

Why they work if they don't want to be there? A bunch of rude as hell employees. They to busy on there phones to get you a refill of water. Won't go back.
