Very professional, Fast to respond. This credit union is by far the best banking experience for me.

They took forever in the drive through we were there for 30 minutes trying to deposit money.

The staff are really friendly. The fraud team are always upon suspicious activity and have saved me countless times

I have been with this bank since I was 18 years old. I am now 37. I have asked this bank for a loan, and to refinance a car. I GOT DENIED BOTH TIMES! Lol I have already purchased 4 cars under my name and not once has this bank helped me out! The only reason I don’t move banks is because now my daughter banks here and it’s easy to move money around. If I could give this bank zero stars I would, but I can’t. So for that reason they get one star

Lost my debit card, called in that night and the card was frozen, visited the bank and within 15 minutes I had a new card. Great service all around.

I was helped in ways that gave me great hope with these institutions great service very detailed and very professional.

I received a call from the fraud department, I advised I didn't recognize the charge, so they suspended my debit card and advised to contact the bank. When the bank opened again I went and advised of the incident and requested a new card, no problem. However, the fraudulent charge was not stopped and went through depleting my account. I was not happy. So I guess now it will be up to me to resolve. In the mean time an auto debit for my scheduled phone payment was declined and I had to borrow money to cover and get my phone back on.

It literally took about 20 minutes for me to set up a new account and it's the 1st bank that has ever allowed me to not have a debit card without encouraging me strongly to get one.
