Worst customer service ever. Sat in the teller area and pushed the help button and sat there 10 minutes and no one came. Went inside and was told to go cash my money orders at walmart, even though I am an account holder, because they have been dealing with fraud issues. So glad they aren't my bank anymore.

Tim Estrada was amazing he helped me and answered each and every one of my questions and concerns he was patient and gave me clear communication and helped me choose the best option needed to open my account I sure do appreciate it thanks for great business

They were great helping us out today! Went in with my mom to get some change and they were so super friendly. I decided to stop and ask Nik if I could open an account and he say me down and started the process! He answered all my questions without hesitation! As far as the banking goes with the tellers inside and drive-thru, are awesome. When it comes to your loan specialist, I wouldn’t even recommend anyone to them. You get absolutely no feedback on whether if you were or weren’t approved for a loan and you don’t get call backs. It’s a good thing it wasn’t an emergency.

Mr. Tim Estrada was by far the most informative, knowledgeable banking representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Not only was he very helpful you can clearly tell how passionate he is about the establishment he is part of and his position there. He took his time to explain every checking account option they have to offer as well as other services First Central Credit Union provides! I feel so super excited now to begin my relationship with this Credit Union. I am about to go make my very first deposit right now and will definitely be referring family and friends there.
