Checked them out online - went to open an account (around my work time) and they said “oh we don’t do that after a certain time on Fridays. ” But their website didn’t say this. Cashier was not friendly. Won’t end up banking here

I was treated with kindness, and respect. I am not a tex savey person Ryan walked me through everything and made the prosses so I could understand and use my phone. She is a great asset to your facility. New to the area. Looked at multiple banks and credit unions. Decided on First Central because of the outstanding customer service I received from the moment I called to when I went into the branch to finalize my account. Very refreshing to feel like a person instead of a number. Great job to all employees!
