First Colony Mall, Sugar Land TX

We ate in the Mediterranean restaurant and it was wonderful. The food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

Never have been here but really great I love the design of mall and out doors area by cheesecake factory I love the small walk to the town hall and surrounding places really great look beautiful

This mall allows a barber shop with unlicensed barbers to operate.
Roaches everywhere, and unsanitary.

This mall is very outdated and is due for some serious upgrades but I was able to find a few items I was looking for.

I like this mall. I have been coming here since I was a child. They have a lot of parking and stores. I wish that there was more variety of stores. They need more upscale stores like Kate Spade, Tory Burch, J Crew, and Niemann Marcus. Some of the department stores need to be remodeled. People have money to spend in this area and they should not have to go to the galleria for certain stores.

Not to good;At lowe's, around 12 pm.people is waiting and ready to pay merchandise and the employee in charge of the registers is just chit-chat with another customer.conversation that has noting to do do with the store at all ‍️

The mall is very good it has a lot of thngs to look at but u should go during the week not the weekend bc its very busy during the week

Lots of shops to go to. Love going here during weekdays when it's not that crowded. They need to power wash the sidewalks and theboutside of the buildings though. It looks rundown, old and dirty! Other than that, a great ppace to meet friends and family.

I enjoy this mall. There's quite a number of stores to shop. It's clean. Also a good place to get your steps in, rain or shine.

Nice size mall only 4 shops I really go too. Still good restaurants and an amc teather in walking distance.

This is a wonderful place to walk for your health and they put safety first, so get in there and walk, after all you may find something you might like and buy it.

We always have a fun shopping time here. They have a variety of good shops, from clothing, to snacks. It makes it so the whole family has fun.

Nice but small and very weird layout. Easy & convenient if you know what you want and aren’t just shopping around. Small food court with very little variety I’m used to getting at shopping malls. There are the options of over priced chain restaurants as well.
