11I spent over 30 minutes trying to talk to someone in the Georgetown, TX bank inside the Walmart. No one would give me their phone number and, as soon as I was transferred to them, I was disconnected! Terrible customer service!
The name means NOTHING, I'm standing looking at a teller holding up a $20 and asked for 2 rolls of quarters, uh, you can't do that without an account with us. REALLY? Change your name!
We have 2 personal and a business account with this bank and they are amazing. Always very helpful and have always received excellent customer service! Very satisfied!
I never experience any problems. If the customer or members.has issue that well take longer in line.and sometimes the branch bank is short staff.be patient you well be taking care of ot if you can do on line if you or call the main office.to take care of your business.i never experience any problems.walmart has nothing to do with first convince bank.
The wait is horrible. I mostly have direct deposit but when I've needed help they are always shorthanded. Also they are closed on Sundays (but the website states there open). I found out the hard way on February 13th. I waited 30 mins then asked a Walmart Manager. He said "Oh yeah they are closed on Sundays now. " If only my bank would put a sign out Saying closed on Sundays.
Very bad customer service and I have been with them for years now I do not recommend them for anyone I changed bank cause of the bad experience I had with them.
I have been with this bank for quite a while and the customer service was always great. New associates from time to time but alway nice and polite. Long lines due to the time of day you arrive but that's normal. Most people get irritated and surely not patient at all. I'm a very satisfied customer. Never a dull moment when I'm there. Thanks to all of you!
If I could give 0 stars definitely would rude service not helpful wants customers to pay for tellers mistake and absolutely does nothing to help anyone branch manager needs to learn how to train her tellers to count and do their job. Cancelling my account ASAP
Bank would not let me deposit local check into my account.that is crazyness.guess masks keeping employees from receiving oxygen or something.if need banking needs done at bank.lol you have been warned good luck lol
Waiting in line with 1 lady in front and 3 people behind me.they told the third lady behind me that they will go ahead and help her. WE ALL HAVE REASONS TO BE AT THE BANK AND HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO AS WELL.why couldn’t the Hispanic lady that was last in line wait just like we had been waiting.been waiting for 20 minutes before they helped that last lady
They were taking good care of me when I lived in Laredo, Texas, then the honeymoon was over. I was kicked to the curb with the bill.
