4If I could give this bank an over all 0 stars I would! Please avoid this bank at all cost! The customer service is horrible the people they hire do not care about you or helping you! Good luck if they wrongfully charge you getting your money back! They will rob you and not care.
After putting a substantial amount of money into my bank account that I’ve had for six years from an accredited college, my money was put on hold for a week and I was left broke and in the negative after being told that $2500 of my money would be released. I was told that they could do nothing for me. This establishment is not for its patrons. It’s simply a money making machine. I suggested using another bank.
If you thinking about it don’t do it, this the worst bank you could have. These people are not lying.
I just open up a bank account there and they can't give you any kind of paper on my account what bank does this and you tell them what you need it for and I think about closing my account with them because I'm losing my chance to get help and they're not going to help you it's going to come from the main branch why are y'all there for I'm closing my account
