First Convenience Bank, Pasadena TX

By Looking at the reviews of how the branch operates with the handling of money, I am glad Khyara Newton posted it because one, I would never give them the right to keep me from moving my own money from one place to another in their time. Also, I was about to apply to this bank for a position as a banker and now after this. I am going some where else. Thanks for the reviews.

My property was destroyed during the F3 Tornado in Pasadena, Texas two months ago. The day after the Tornado the Bank charged me a Fee, 34 Dollars, because I had a Negative Balance of -33 Dollars at the start of my new Statement. I forgot about the Negative Balance because my life was in a mess because of the destruction of everything I owned the day my monthly statement ended. I called the Bank and was told by the Supervisor that the Negative Balance Fee was NOT going to be removed. I used the Messaging Service on the FCB Website and was told the same thing. Now I owe the Bank 67 Dollars and I lost my home, truck, and job because of the Tornado and the Bank chucked me to the curb. This Bank has no empathy for its customers.

Now they close Sundays and Saturdays. That’s not good they used to open Sundays not no more.

This bank is joke. There service is horrible and long lines and only one teller. This bank has go. There are horrible service they always mess up. They need be shut down by bank association
