I arrived to the bank and it was closed early. Several cars were outside. This is the second time this has happened to me. Next time I would like to be reimbursed for gas, thank you!

Whenever I come to this drive thru I have to wait for the car or cars in front of me, which is reasonable; but I also have to wait another ten-fifthteen minutes when I actually get to the window. All I did was send up my stuff and I'm automatically told to please wait some more. I only had to deposit a signed check. This is ridiculous! Thirty minutes or more to deposit a check. I only had one car in front of me. Next, time I will walk into the bank because I'm just sitting here burning unnecessary gas for an easy transaction.
