First Cut Lawn Services Keller / Buffalo Outdoor

I have paid for separate weed pulling and each time they have left weeds and did not do the work asked. I have had them call me to apologize and said it would be right next time but it is not done right the next time.
I am hoping it will get better.

I have tried every company in the area. This company is the best. No illegals, has insurance, and does a great job. Responsive to customer needs. I wouldn't pick any other company. 2 years and everything is perfect.

Communication has been terrible. Service has been awful. They show up at a different time each time, run motors for 10-15 minutes then leave, and the yard still looks unmowed. Had a pre and post emergent placed, and no weeds died. They broke 3 sprinkler heads, and a solar bulb, and no one has fixed anything.

I've only just started with the company, but so far I'm pleased with the service. They've communicated well, shown up when they said, and I'm very happy with the quality of the scalping and landscape cleanup I've had so far. Time will tell if our lawn looks good with their weed and fertilization service.

We’ve had a great experience overall with first cut. They’ve been an affordable option, and come out to treat the yard when they say they will. The weeds have been under control. We’ve kept up with the weed/fertilization treatments. We did have them mow for us quite a few times, but they only would mow if we let them do it every week. We found our grass did not need it more than one time every 2-3 weeks. Maybe it was partly due to what a dry summer we had last year! I would definitely recommend this company for weed treatments!

We’ve used independent mowers for a few years and always ran into issues with timing, availability and quality. First Cut solved all of these issues and was the same price range as the independents we were using. Very glad to have made the change.

First Cut crews do a great job taking care of my yard. First Cut always communicates when there is change in schedule due to weather or if your regular scheduled day for service falls on a holiday.

They have done a marvelous job in making my lawn green and weed free. It is one of the best things I pay for every year!

Amazing service. Within a couple of applications, most (if not all) of my troublesome weeds have vanished. Plus I have many other service options available whenever I feel I need them. I would recommend First Cut Lawn Serviced ten fold.

All my questions were answered before I started using the service. The work they did to my yard meet my expectations and the price was awsome! Even with the chicken wire I have around my fence line to keep my dogs from digging out, the mowing team did a great job getting the grass as low as they safely can go. I have stones and bricks at other areas of my yard and when the team left, they put them back so my dogs couldn't escape. Highly recommend.

My yard is always mowed on time. I don’t ever have any issues with weeds or ants after treatments have been done.

Totally killed all the weeds in my front yard! The 1st year was good, but the 2nd year totally cleaned up the weeds!

They are a great value. Office staff courteous and helpful. Alway food at communicating any changes or delays.

First cut generally notifies when they’ll be out a week ahead of time, and are always responsive when they have to reschedule such as during the ice storm in early February. This has also happened when it has rained and the weed treatments would not be as effective. I’m glad they take treatment seriously and are willing to adjust my yard’s schedule to ensure I have the most reliable application possible.

My lawn had a lot of crab grass at the beginning of 2022. So it was discouraging to think I could get a nice lawn. The initial consult was easy and did not seem to be an issue for them. I have to admit my lawn has been way better and looking forward to 2023. Also very responsive with any email I send asking questions.
