Hidden charges and changed appointment times. Disorganized and different answers on the phone depending on who answers the phone. Don't waste your time and gas!

I had not been back since 2017. This was a very professional and satisfying visit. My wife and I both went. We would definitely recommend the Alta Mesa location.

Everyone and everything was great. The office was very well employed and the waiting area was great as well. Dr Harper is just awesomely personable, professional, and so down to earth!

Everyone at first eye care are very professional courteous very knowledgeable and make sure you know you are cared about at this facility and I would gladly recommend this place for all your eye care needs. They really emphasize CARE at First Eye Care!

Dr. Harper & staff were great! They were cordial, used common sense, and didn't try to force unnecessary tests on the client.

I have been a patient of 1st Eye Care since I was in the third grade and I am an adult at this point in time. I've never had any issues with 1st Eye Care until today. This is not a major issue, but I thought I would make mention that it would be very helpful and beneficial for the patient to know if they schedule an evening appointment that it is a possibility the patient may not have time to browse and/or pick out frames!

My time is valuable as not only a person, a busy mother, and most importantly as an employee at my job (of which I had to take off for my eye appt) needless to say, I work in healthcare so educating the patient and making sure they are taking care of is important and wasn't important to the safe on the date I had my eye exam! No one offered to stay open a couple of min past closing to assist me to pick out frames but expect me to come back at a later time and be unconvinced to have to take off work again and make child care arrangements to come back to pick out frames when initially that information should of been communicated to me when the appointment was scheduled to begin with!

In closing, after YEARS OF NO ISSUES and this one issue has happened doesn't stop me from continuing to be a returning patient. However, I will provide constructive criticism when needed and give credit when credit is due!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The staff and doctors are FANTASTIC and know exactly what they are doing. Found out my last pair of glasses weren't done correctly, the progressive part was at the very bottom of my glasses! No wonder i couldn't see close up! I should have been recommend a different frame. These folks truly care about your vision. I paid less here than I did at that chain store in the mall and for two pairs of glasses no less. Seriously folks, go here for your eyecare needs. I'll never go anywhere else again. Top notch clinic, top notch staff.
