The staff are very rude. The staff doesn't seem know what they are doing half the time. They always have to ask on what to do.

Always great but this last time a supervisor was little hateful at the HEB branch. I Normally live every one there. It is a great bank in general.

The fact that no one posted the reason for their low rating is ridiculous and unfair to this branch. I absolutely go to this bank preferably over other buildings. They are kind and helpful in anyway possible to their highest power.
