First Floors Carpet One Floor & Home, Dallas TX

First Floors recommended and put in the wrong tiles for my master shower wall and floor. The tiles are not meant for use in a wet area, and have started to disintegrate and crack. First Foors acknowledged that they should not have picked those tiles, but refused to honor their warranty.

I was throughly impressed with both my salesperson Melanie and the installers. Melanie had a sample of what I wanted to match and had the perfect floor picked out when I went to the showroom. I was lent even there 30 minutes and I expected to take the afternoon. I decided to add a little scope to what I had planned and the installation team got it measured and the flooring delivered the next day. It all turned out amazing! They did a fantastic, clean job and I was very impressed.
