5The wait in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! Over a half hour to sit and no one in front of me, they acted like they was inconvenienced for me to deposit money so I could pay my bills many times. Always a long wait, over ten - twenty minutes, and then they may come back and tell you to wait longer!
Kind of annoying when the tellers don't act professionally here and it happens quite a bit
Ive had a business account with them since 2010 and they always come through. Service is amazing! Easy and they help with all issues.

Horrible Bank terrible customer service. Charged overdraft fees when I had money in my account. Soldiers stationed at fort hood need to stay away from this bank ASAP!
