If i could give 0 stars I would! Horrible place to be, wait time is ridiculous! The manager of this place is inappropriate with his comments. Would never go back.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS COME HERE! “Manager” is inappropriate with MINORS and WOMEN, he will touch your hands in a weird creepy way, he will get very close and very VERY personal. He will also talk bad about you and his employees in front of anyone. Solange is an excellent PA, same with the receptionists and the back MAs. He will give you medical advise even though he is not a doctor or anyone with a license to do so. He will harass you into coming to the office with phone calls and also try to make you feel pressured. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!

I have been attending them for 5 years, I love the service and the very responsible and careful staff. They treat you as if you were a family member.

Screwed up management. Not professional at all. Do have enough expertise about medical system. Big JOKE!

NO Dr is not there. Only partitioner nurse is running the show.

They did not provide my lab result via online or from other platform. I have to be there physically to get it.

They left in pain for more than 18 days. I wish I could sue them.

This office is fraud. There is no doctor onsite! So their website where they show Dr. Nguyen is false advertisement. He does not work there. And when you call as a new patient to make an appt, they don't tell you this. You will go in thinking you will see Dr. Nguyen but the appt will be with a PA. Apparently Dr. Nguyen has another office somewhere else for Wound Care and has a PA work here in the Keller office.so you will never see a real Dr.

If i could give it zero stars I would. Every time I have gone to.this office, even with an appointment I have to wait a couple of hours. I also have to pay for my share of what my health insurance doesn't cover, according to the front desk, however, my insurance sent me EOBs for my visits and they paid for my visits IN FULL. So they charged me and billed the insurance and got paid for my portion from both. Extremely fraudulent. I am reporting this office to the attorney generals office for investigation into their billing practices. They don't answer phone calls for billing. They don't get back to you when you leave a message about billing and they are extremely unprofessional when you're in the office. They are loud and tell all your business in front of other patients. I have never been to such an unprofessional office. The staff argues in front of patients and discuss their own personal business as well. They don't respond to refill requests for any medications they prescribed either. It seems more like an urgent care than an actual clinic for regular patients. Just go somewhere else. I have great insurance and they were the closest to my home, but I would rather drive farther and get better service.

Updating review from previous posting of 2 stars to 5 stars! Arturo has been amazing and the office has redeemed themselves to talking with me about concerns and addressing them to an incredible improvement. So very much impressed that I have changed my desire from leaving to remain as they had a genuine appreciation for me as a patient to explain their policies and work with me on a few requests but the time they took to address and listen to my feedback was appreciated strongly and impressive. Thank you Arturo and staff for the kind and professional value you have given!

Doctors office is very hard to work with! You pay a fee and they see you for 5 to 10 minutes and then you have to pay a fee again for a follow up and pay a full doctors visit yet again for a prescription refill. Frustrating when you have a condition that requires prescription refills and they only fill one prescription and you have to go thru the long process to get it refilled with phone calls and arguing with office management to get to the doctor whom refills it once she gets the notice. Sometimes the staff is easy to work with many of times you get pushed and shoved to the side for what appears to be fees to be collected purpose only, would not recommend they will be changing doctor offices.

They are not professional at all, they don’t care about you and the front office has an attitude.

I look forward to seeing Ms Solange Mforbi and the other staff of this clinic whenever I have appointment with them because right from those at the front desk who welcomes me with smiles, I feel at ease. The lady that will take my blood pressure and other information is always very pleasant. As for Ms Mforbi, she asks the right questions that enables her give me the right treatment. I will surely recommend First Keller Heath Care to friends and relatives.

Even though i am seeing a nurse practioner, I absolutely love her. She listens then checks me out. She Tells me why she is prescribing a medication and what It's going to do. PCP, NP like this are hard to find. I was a PCP hopper, you know what I mean. I found my Doc and I would highly recommend this Doctors office. This NP has never let me down. Yet, that is! Hopefully they never will. First visit my hair was falling out like a cancer patient, I was so scared. The NP went through all the steps, even asked what kind of shampoo i was using. I told her, she did some research and came back and told me the ingredients in Nexus product I was using causes hair loss. I stopped using this product a few short days no more hair loss. Blessed and great full for this office.

The staff are very friendly and professional as well as the Doctor. I always feel comfortable there

My father was seen yesterday and I am very grateful for the experience. Doctor and office manager were very kind and helpful.

I spent 2 hours in that office February 14.2 hours. Every appointment I have always been in there 2 hours. Absolutely not acceptable. The nurse practitioner is fantastic. The gentleman that answers the phones and greets patients is helpful and courteous. You guys are wrong for booking so many people in one day so many people booked in 1 hour that you're backing everything up and making people have to spend their valuable time waiting in that waiting room and waiting in the patient room for someone to see them time is valuable and you guys need to do better. It happens every time I go in there.

The service is so slow. Add more staff or better stagger appointments. We waited 45 minutes just to be called back for a well check. Also, the doctor said my son’s ear was blocked, but did nothing about it. Also, I thought my son was supposed to get a vaccine. The lady came in to draw his blood, and then told us we were done and free to checkout. We were confused because we thought there was more care that needed to be done, but decided to leave because we had already been there for an hour.
