Great service! Lost the keys to my motorcycle so I took the ignition to John and he got new keys made for it. Saved my hide.

Really nice customer service. I was able to walk in and get some keys cut for my vehicle relatively quickly. The guy behind the register even walked out with me to make sure that they work before he collected payment. Cost me $55 at the door for two keys. Would recommend.

Reliable and professional. Quality service and experienced. They were able to make a key for me that others could not. Thank you! Sad that the owner is retiring now that I found them but they will still be open.

Messed up duplicating two keys on the blade of the blanks were longer than the original key.

Appreciate Jake's help in installing new deadbolts. He was able to come out 30 minutes after I called. Appreciate that they're a local brick and mortar business and not a scammy call center that subcontracts their work.

This is one of the few Plano area key-making and lock service providers with retail storefront. Steve and team are great. I had them make a dozen keys and they finished in 10 minutes. I highly recommend.
