He didn’t try to upsale me over the phone, instead he advice me to try to take care the issue myself for as little as $30. Can’t be more honest and down to earth than that. I still decided to change out the motor to avoid calling emergency services next time. Cody showed up on time with all the correct equipments, finished the job in an hour. Also go a free full tune up and tutorial from Cody on how to maintain the motor and garage doors. Awesome experience! Cody should be anyone’s FIRST call!
