JJ was my technician, and Patrick, the executive, they both worked with me in the best and most accommodating ways. This company treated me so kindly and worked to meet my needs, repair my AC at an affordable price, worked with me through various issues, resolved them all to perfection. If there were 10 stars to give, I would give them an 11. I recommend their service to anyone in the Permian basin. The owner called me personally and solved all issues on my behalf.

My experience with First Service was excellent. When my AC went out, they were able to get to me the same day when no other company I called could get me in for several days. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a great experience with them. Ivon was very nice and did not hesitate to help me with a 3rd party. Also I believe the names are Justin and JJ who went out to repair our AC. Both of them were very nice and professional but Justin was extremely helpful and every question I had he answered. He also educated me on maintenance for our AC. Everyone was so quick to get the job done. I am extremely grateful for their service and will definitely be calling this Company again. Thank you.

Rejected their service because they were way over priced. 2500+ to replace a water heater is ridiculous! Will never call them again.

I highly recommend Mr. Jeremy Braxton and First Service Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning. Mr. Braxton did plumbing work at my house, and he demonstrated excellent skill, knowledge, and expertise. He went the "extra mile" which is greatly appreciated! I will definitely be calling him at First Service again for plumbing or HVAC issues!

The gentleman that came out were prompt and professional. They completed the job thoroughly and answered all my questions. Our gym ac was back in action for our students in no time after a dodgeball took out our thermostat! Thanks Justin, Mason and Sophia who helped us schedule the appointment!

Great experience! From scheduling with Yvonne she was very helpful, caring and helped get a tech scheduled ASAP the same day I called. Techs were super helpful and knowledgeable, explained what he had planned to get it fixed and got it fixed in timely and efficient manner. Received a follow up call from Sophia and she was super kind and sweet and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Would definitely recommend using First Service for all your plumbing and heating and a/c needs!

They were awesome, I called in the morning for them to do an annual service to my AC/Heater unit, (it was not an emergency) by mid-day Jose the technician called me to let me know he was coming the same day. He showed up and work in my unit. This company knows very well what customer’s sense of urgency means putty well.

I use First Service for repair and Maintenace in my 20+ location the will travel to meet my needs and give me professional repair and service. I does not matter if it plumbing or Hvac. The also to a great job on insulation piping of all types.

The technicians were very thorough and looked at any possible red flags and fixed the problem as needed.
