Everyone at the MF branch has been kind and most helpful as well as patient, I wouldn't recommend online banking though as nobody made me aware that will place holds on payroll checks for various amounts of time if you want to "spend life wisely" deposit in person because the remote deposit program is garbage as well what I'm reading as far as 1 star reviews I'm kind of scared that my hard earned money is in the correct trust if I keep seeing the same dismissive behavior I've experienced as of late I'll have to pull my account and move elsewhere as unfortunate as it would be!

Been using this bank for 12 years and never had much of an issue but there was a very rude employee bobbing and weaving her head to the side shaking finger back and forth and being very argumentative with a condescending tone and then after calling to complain supervisor called back and was incredibly dismissive about the way that her employees treat customers and a year later and they still seem to be acting the same

Love this bank but I agree with the ATM post, they spent months and who knows how much money moving the ATM into the WORST spot to try and drive through.its impossible to not run over the curb or sidewalk to get out. At this point I would rather park and walk in to use the ATM or go anywhere else because of how inconvenient it is.

The ATM drive way is ridiculous who ever decided on that design needs a different job. I can't believe they would put such a tight turn in truck country. If you need someone with common sense to help let me know but it needs to be fixed.
