The overall move-in process was exceptional. The self-guided tours were extremely helpful/convenient with no one breathing down your neck or pressuring you to buy or make a decision. Jimmy Moreno, our resident coordinator was very helpful and extremely responsive, even afterhours. The reason for 4- Stars is because we were left with some pretty important questions, although they were responded to, no one from Firstkey or the community's HOA really answered our questions about our mailbox key, which no one can tell us which group of mailboxes ours is in. There seemed to be a lack of information or miscommunication with the Firstkey support team. There's a Ring Doorbell box in one of the cabinets with "DO NOT THROW AWAY" written on it, but there is no evidence of a Ring Doorbell anywhere in, on, or around the house. This is our first time using Firstkey Homes, so we can only speak to the front process. We are overall pleased with the transition and hope to continue a positive relationship. Of all the people on our team, we must say that Jimmy was/is the Rockstar and our preference for communications, this may be good or bad for him.

Juan F was amazing he was very nice, he fixed all issues and gave me suggestions on shower fixtures. The lady who booked my appointment was not so great.
