I walked in with financial questions about my situation. I was given assistance and all my questions were answered.

I have been banking here for year's. The staff have always been courteous and professional. They have several branch offices in town, so depending on when and where you go, there may be a line, but it usually doesn't take too long. They also have online banking. The customer care line can sometimes take a while to get to speak to a real person. They were very helpful with a possible hacking incident, and we were able to catch it before it was too late.

Denise was very helpful setting up our cd's. She pointed all the ways Firstmark is the best option for our needs.

After visiting two other Credit Unions, Firstmark was the third option and I wish I would have picked them first. As I entered, I was immediately greeted and offered help. I recently relocated and needed to open a new credit union account.
