I received outstanding customer service from Manager Brenda Trevino. I mistakenly posted two duplicate payments to a vendor. Ms. Trevino went above and beyond to correct this error.

Ariana assisted us in applying for a loan. She gave us several options that would benefit our needs. We decided to go with a refinance of our existing loan with cash back. Ariana has always been our go-to person at Firstmark.

First mark been a REAL let down lately.
Called several locations to see if they had a change counter. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Left a call back # and got called back. Was informed ALL locations had a change counter. I went to the location on Culebra and 410. Turns out they don’t have one yet. Was advised to go to location on potranco. Upon arriving at location on potranco the power the power went out (I guess first mark didn’t pay electric bill). So I was escorted out and told to go to Culebra and 1604. No thanks. I wouldn’t refer my WORST friend to Firstmark!

Spent 6 hours at the car dealer, most of which were waiting on Firstmark. Could have been 5 stars, however they just didn't get back in a timely manner.

Opened a new checking & saving account, Zelma Garza was Awesome! Zelma ensured that my wife understood the credit union's policies, fees, and benefits. We never felt rushed through the whole process. She made us feel that we made the correct choice in selecting Firstmark Credit Union.

I wanted to withdraw $100,000 from my CD I was given a hard time. They did not want to give me my money! Very scary
