I am one week into the 6-week challenge & already feel a difference! I sleep better, have more energy and my confidence is slowly returning! I can’t wait for what is to come! The coaches have been so supportive & welcoming! I love the Friendswood location!

Started a 6 week challenge and was warmly welcomed on my first session with clear instructions on improving nutrition and kickboxing skills. After 12 sessions, I feel stronger, have more energy and lost weight while improving my muscle mass. Also, as a 59 year old, my blood pressure has dramatically improved. The facility is clean and ideal for group sessions along with great accountability and support from the staff.

Elizabeth made me feel very comfortable with my goals and the types of workouts we will be doing. I look forward to trying everything out!

Beware of these harassers and scammers!
Do not give them your phone number, they will harass you endlessly. During a date night they called my date which he ignored, a min later they called again and he picked up to say not to call. He sternly explained he was on a date and expressed great distaste in calling back-to-back as if it was urgent. The lady had the audacity to act as if there’s no issue, pretended like he was the problem for not giving her his time, and pressured him to stay on the phone in the middle of dinner at a nice restaurant. He later told me they called during a work meeting, then repeatedly called a minute later again even after telling them not to call. They’ll offer “free membership” claiming your results will entice more members. When you come to their class “free” means a $600 down payment which translates to $100 per week. In their class they will sell you the “dream” with slimy car salesman tactics, highly don’t advise.

I love FitTheorem at Friendswood, the environment is pleasant, I am enrolled now in the Challenge program and the monitoring by the staff is helping me coordinating exercises and diet.

Went yesterday to sign up. Had my weight & BMI checked! Such a cool process. Coach Lo was very informative. With signing up I received a meal guide, grocery list, and so much more. They offer classes all day with so many different time slots to suit your needs. Not just kickboxing, they have kettle bell classes, elements, & HIIT. Along with signing up for the 6 week challenge you get an accountability coach which is what I need. Today was my first kickboxing class and it was such a great class! So excited to be apart of Fit Theorem and excited to see my results in 6 weeks!

Sorry, there is no ZERO stars or less. This business has scammed me. I signed up under the promise that they will refund me fully if my lower back pain (sciatica) gets aggravated. They should have counselled me that I am not a candidate or should have verbally not promised me that I can withdraw after day 1 if the exercise bothers my nerves. After the first session, I promptly told them that it IS affecting my nerve running down my left leg amd expressed that I want to withdraw. They are going back and forth not wanting to return my money. They want me to get a letter from my doctor and they insist only 50% will be my refund.
First, it will cost me my copay and several weeks to get a letter, second, this was not told to me when I asked the person who recruited me into the 6week challenge. She convinced me that it will be easy to withdraw. Conveniently, the billing department has no phone number and they check emails only once a month, but I got mails and calls until they got me signed up.
If you are signing up with these people, as long as you don't want your money back, you are good.

I’m very happy with my experience at this gym, the staff does a great job explaining step-by-step how the program works, and the best ways to do things to see the best results, coaches are always in good spirits, and very welcoming in a positive fit training sense, very clean facility!

I recently joined and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's an excellent blend of cardio, strength training, and self-defense techniques. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Formerly worked out at a CrossFit. A friend invited me to Fit Theorem in Friendswood and I loved it immediately. The Staff, the atmosphere, and the workout! It’s the whole package for me

The 6 week workout course is a scam. I was curious about the ad online.and submitted my contact information to be included in the program. I was contacted that same day by Anne Marie who was very eager. We set up the appointment and interview that following week. The appointment really made me feel uncomfortable because Anne Marie did not come across as genuinely interested and was unprofessional. Some of the probing questions asked during the interview were inappropriate such as questions pertaining to employment.
The ad online is misleading because the training is not free. Anne Marie tried to strong arm me into putting down hundreds of dollars worth of a deposit and told me that if I did not put down money and left my cc information with her, I would not be considered for the program. I did not pay for nor follow up with program. Would not recommend gym.as they say, 'If it's too good to be true it is! '. 'Nothing is free! '.

I clicked an ad on Facebook saying that they were looking for individuals to complete a 6 week journey for FREE. I filled out the form and received a phone call pretty quickly. I scheduled my appointment, then looked at reviews. I called back to cancel because I was not going to do the $599 or sign up for a membership immediately until I knew about the gym itself. I was reassured that that would not happen as they would never scam their customers. I scheduled another appointment today. I loved all that the gym had to offer but when we got to the end, surprise surprise. I was asked to give permission to draft $599.00 if I don't meet my goal or agree to have a monthly membership for $100 something. I told them I canceled my appointment for the very thing they were asking of me. I wasted my time and frankly, you wasted yours. I am very disappointed to be lied to. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! My first time ever to have a coach (Amire) that is there for my every dumb question I had. The staff is incredible and always in great spirits. The team work is impeccable and second to none.

Very nice staff, all the women do their best to encourage you through your fitness journey. Elizabeth is very sweet and an amazing coach!

0 stars! It’s a scam! It’s not a free challenge, it’s $600! I signed up, and then when they told me it would be $600 I texted them and told them I didn’t want to do it. Now, several months later, I’m getting txt messages saying THEY signed me up for a membership and I owe money! I called and told them that I didn’t sign up and I haven’t taken one single class there. They told me that the paper the lady had me sign, was some sort of contract! DO NOT DO IT!

Scammers! Frauds! Thief’s! Don’t go here! Advertised as a free 6 week program. When I arrived they took all my info then said it would be $600 upfront or monthly $160 something so I said never mind because I only went to try the gym first to see if I like it. They still sent me a bill saying I agreed to a membership when I absolutely did not! Stay away from these robbers preying on people, especially ASHLEY!

OMG. I’m sooo excited and ready to get these unwanted pounds off. The staff are very nice, welcoming and professional. The environment is clean. I’m starting with the 3 week challenge and I’ll update you all about how it goes.
