As others have stated, they’re sneaky and continue to charge your card multiple times after your account has been told it’s closed. Not worth it. Go to PF for the same cost. This place is run by unprofessional people and manager is never available. I’ve had to report them to my bank.

This gym location is heated so hot you can't workout. They heat this gym so you feel too boiling hot and tired to even workout! Its boiling.

Gym is too small. I was told I could cancel my membership for only $1 and I even reconfirmed and stated I didn’t want any surprises. They got my info and ended up charging me 52 plus 27 for a last month. That is not what we had agreed on. When I called the manager did not want to talk on the phone. Worker said yes my manager is here and then immediately said “she’s here but she just left” like what? ! They are not professional at all. Don’t waste your money when you can pay the same amount at a bigger gym.

My dad started paying a membership last year but he canceled it because he stopped going to the gym, a couple of days ago he realized that they had still been taking money from his account! He went to ask for his money back but they told him that he had a debt with them as a "contract" and they wanted to make him pay more money just for canceling the membership! Instead of paying it, he just blocked his card so they wouldn't keep taking more money from him because they refused to give him the money back even though they were clear that he didn't go to that gym after he canceled the membership! It was a horrible experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Cheap is expensive in the end!

all the previous reviews on their page are real, they always make you extra charges and if you call them to ask about an additional payment they are too rude, they do not let you explain or talk and they will by always right, I prefer to pay more monthly somewhere else rather than feel like I'm being charged extra for nothing

Not like the big gyms, I can workout in peace and in a friendly environment where I don’t have to always wait to go to the next equipment! Btw Love the new staff!

I joined and it’s been two months since I joined Fitness19. In the two months that I joined they have charged my card multiple times and I’m not sure why. I will be going tomorrow to cancel my membership. I don’t recommend joining this gym.

This gym is not the place. First off i walk in there and the bad odor just hit me soon as i walk, then i get to the desk nd the little needy kids are all in there phone like where is the customer service and a greet “hello” when i walk in, got pass that then i notice most of there machines are down and are failed to be sanitized nor have wipes or spray bottles, like my gym time was the worst experience i had. Please do better guys. I wouldn’t recommend its just not sanitize or friendly

I really like this place. If you are looking for a cheap membership that offers a good selection of workout equipment, this place does not disappoint. Music selection is awful in my opinion, so bring your headphones.

Love the stations and different things to do for cardio. Strength and feeling healthier. Take the stress out of life.

This review is a couple months over due. I had a membership there since I moved to TX (3+ yrs). Never had a problem until recently. The manager, Jaime has very poor interpersonal skills. In fact so much so that a buddy and I decided to cancel our membership. The owner is also a useless individual. I've been running into familiar faces at my current gym that have very similar stories involving the manager Jaime or the owner. Some had their memberships canceled and other opted to leave on their own accord such as myself. The gym is also small and poorly ran. The employees seem disinterested in performing any real cleaning. There are WAY better gyms out there. I also got all my cancelation paperwork in person. I didn't do anything over the phone because I read the reviews on here involving issues with canceling service. I've also seen customers go in there yell at management and call them liars. On the plus side, I didn't get charged after I canceled, so there is that. Your mileage may vary. I was fine with it until I wasn't, and that was due to a very mouthy manager.

I wish there was a zero star to give to this place. Please do not use your credit card to pay as they will keep charging you even when you have canceled the membership. You may pay cash (it sounds so bothered) to help you not getting headaches or upset from being charged for nothing after you have done with this place. I never and never recommend friends to come to this facility.

I just want to say Chris is amazing! Always greeting everyone with a smile! He’s so attentive, always making sure that everyone is taken care of. He is a great asset to this Gym! Thank you Chris!

They continue charging the memberships on 9/15/21 even though we went there to sign the cancellation on 08/15 which they charged for nothing. My mom called the manager, Jaime and asked him to stop but they still charged us this month. We will call the bank to cancel the unauthorized transaction. I wonder why they keep charging money from people who didn’t want to come to their place? This place is terrible and I will never recommend my friends to go there. I wish there was a zero star to give to this place.

Don’t ever let them charge you once you have canceled. The manager, Jaime will avoid returning to your call because he doesn’t want to return your money back. Karma is real Jaime. You charge people for nothing then someday you will close your facility. Staff is not professional as well as Jaime.
