Something is always wrong in the morning. They can’t get employees to properly work there morning shift. Gym closes without notice and prior to being 24 hours would not open at scheduled time. Today gym was closed with just a note on the door. No announcement on website or anywhere. This has occurred multiple times, I get up at 5am and no one is at the gym. Very unprofessional. Also, they almost never have all their TVs working.

After the remodel and new management was put in place, this place is great! It’s clean, there’s plenty of equipment and the classes are great! The only downside is that the sauna is ridiculously small (at least in the women’s restroom), so if you go in there, be prepared to sit snuggled up next to someone else.

Another Tip: if you want to get into a class, make sure to get there early! The cycle classes are SO fun and such a great workout!

Go to 24 hour fitness, it’s better their clean, they work things out with their customers, this company is crooked and you might get sick here at fc, the Asian owners from Asian countries don’t care about Americans here

The management was so rude when I was trying to bring a friend over for the guest pass. They were very unprofessional with how the management handled it. My friend had been there twice before and very rudely commented on that since she had been there before even though the employment let us through before, she was not considered a 7 day guest pass. And the management said we were being rude and hung up on me. I never had this issue happen before with this type of horrible management. I love the gym and the personal trainers but I can’t look past the management being so unprofessional I will be calling a higher up too discuss this behavior.

Walked in to find out about new memberships. The girl at the counter said oh all of the people who do that left home early. So i asked if she knew about her specials & she said you can go online. Guess she was too worried about getting back to her conversation with the guy at the other end of the counter bc she was talking to me from the other side of the counter while maintaining his attention. Great 1st impression.

Staff is rude over the phone. Will stay having a conversation with other people in person but your on the phone waiting for help. The lady didn't even have the decency to put me on hold. I was literally listening to the entire conversation about her being off on Monday because someone wanted to bring her something. No thank you have a good day in return either. Not even a bye. Work on your people skills if you want to work around people.

They were so pushy to get me signed up and never let me use my 5 day pass to see if I was even going to like the gym or not. They took 42 dollars from my account, when they told me it would only be 10. I tried calling to speak to someone and they were either busy or told me to call corporate. I went online to cancel and it makes you agree to all that BS about another bill just to cancel. It was a total waste and poor customer service. I hope the $52.00 you are gonna take from my account is worth losing 3 customers. I paid 52.00 for 1 day with the gym.

Signed up for a membership today. Everything went as smooth as possible! Eric Figueroa was very informative and he answered all of our questions that we had! Definitely recommend talking to him when coming in.

Do no go to this place they are thieves they tell you jus 20 down and 10 a month and later you found the charge you account which 50 dollars. And wen I talked to the line they refused to give my money back.

After several failed attempts dealing with the cover girl staff,
I was able to get 10 star service from the manager Eric Figuero. He went out of his way to assist me with a very unusual situation I had, and made sure that my needs were met.
I have been to all the other major chains and even had some private memberships,
But this place and these people are by far the most accommodating. Especially Mr. Figuero; my decision to keep or cancel my membership laid in his hands and he handled it like a champ!

Rosie Perez, and Eric Figueroa helped me get my phone back when it was stuck in a machine, great customer service at this location. Recommend this place if your looking for a great gym, with a great employees that look after their fellow gym members.

Eric Figueroa was amazing with his pitch about what Fitness Connection offers but he was very attentive to the goals and needs of me becoming an even more healthier ME! He gave a tour and showed me how to work machines that targets the areas I need and a 3 minute training on “its not how much of weights you used but how many reps you do” I was burning after my workout Thanks Eric with your sexy self

Eric Figueroa is an amazing manager! I have been a member for the last 5 years and I must say he have been the best manager since I first enrolled. Additionally to Eric, THE ENTIRE FITNESS TEAM has majorly improved! Great customer service and I cant get enough of the welcoming greeters at the desk! And lastly MAJOR IMPROVEMENT to the equipment and space! I'm sooo EXCITED that I dont have to wait on an machine to become available because there are PLENTY! If you're not a member YOU GOTTA GET ON WHILE THE SPECIAL IS HOTT!

They just renovated the gym. Looks amazing. I just signed my wife up. Sina the GM enrolled her. Really helpful.
