Don’t bother going there after 5pm.it’s hella crowded.nobody has manners and weights are all over the floor staff doesn’t do anything about it.you got 1 person using 2, sometimes 3 machines at the same time.and they keep breaking in cars in the parking lot.

It's quite crowded all the time. Plenty of different machines but the general crowd who frequent this facility act like they have no manners. Still all eyes on me every time I work out.

This place is too crowded during the week and should stay open 24hrs a day during the week. Not enough benches in locker room.

It's a gym. Normally, busy in the evening and late morning. Parking is always hectic. Be sure to lock your cars. No security.
Inside the gym, shower and restrooms are clean. I never use the sauna. But they do have one. I have a baby that I take to the daycare. Never had a problem. And they have a women's center.

Needs new equipment.omg this place just keeps getting worse needs new management more space etc. We need a new gym on East side

How do you not know the customer service to your own establishment ‍️‍️ been having trouble with this place for a full on month, I’m just trying to work out and I’m going back and forth with these useless people. They gave me the wrong customer service number TWICE, cannot find me in the system even tho I paid 37$ and can see I had a previous account with them before, my goodness these people will not help you at all

Not the most reliable place to go for a workout. Machines are always broke, light rain always causes power outages, and employees might kick you out over random silly dress code rules. Only go here if you don’t mind the large crowds, and can’t make it to 24 fitness.

Love this place! Been to other gyms where they really don’t have that much equipment to choose from but here they got so much equipment:) cause I need to target different areas of this gorgeous body of mines and this is the place Very clean place too:) good price what more can you ask for!

Very bad job of the representatives, since I feel cheated they sold me a membership supposedly that I did not have the information, they charged me a fee with a trainer that I have not yet started and the following month they charged me again without my giving authorization automatic payment and they didn't tell me it was a membership they told me it was a trial month and then if I wanted to continue then they made me the membership, I went and they didn't give me an answer, they told me that the one who sold it to me is to blame for not give me good information and everyone washes their hands.

Gets crowded due to the gym being small and limited equipment. Would be nice if it went back to 24/7 And if equipment were properly
maintained

These people will steal your money and nickel and dime you to death. I called to cancel my account and customer service got hostile. Never i again

Way too many people, and limited schedule. You have to wait 20 minute to use the equipment. Friday, Saturday and Sunday… they close too early. If not 24 hours, at least open till 12 am all days.

Had a guest pass, since I was visiting the city briefly, multiple equipments to serve your needs.great help from the staff.

I stared the gym last year but I had to stop it cause I’m pregnant and my husband don’t want me to going no more but before that I get a personal trainer and i did it for the first 2 weeks and then I stop it cause the Personal trainer wasn’t in there with me and I just did it by myself so I the manager or something told me whenever I want to stop it I just tell them but they keep charging me and I stop using the personal trainer so basically owed me almost 400 bucks

This gym is horrible, If I could give them 0 starts I would. I'm never the type to leave reviews but this most definitely needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I been a member of this location for a couple months, my boyfriend has been a member of fitness connection for 3 years. We moved, so we been coming to the -federal- location because distance wise from home is convenient. All the water fountain's in the gym have been OUT OF SERVICE for a month now. They finally fixed the one near the men locker room, and the filter is dirty (Red light on for maintenance). Filter light has been like this for 3 weeks now. There is 6 StairMaster's, which 4 of them are out of service. Then also the mens SAUNA has been OUT OF SERVICE for weeks now.
The employees are horrible at this gym, extremely unprofessional. They start rudely kicking people out the gym at 11: 45-11: 50pm when they close 12am. I been asked really impolitely at 11: 40, to leave the sauna. Last week while my Boyfriend was walking to the EXIT of the gym at 11: 54 an employee came with an attitude an proceeded to tell him "You need to get out" my boyfriend explain he was walking to the EXIT, the employee followed by saying "I been making announcements for 15 min, we are CLOSING you need to get out". Mind you my boyfriend had noise cancellation headphones through-out his workout, and he proceeded to leave when it was close to closing time. This was 5 min before closing. The manager is nice and polite but he has a horrible Team.
I've worked at multiple Gym's before and customer service, especially front desk is what represents the Gym; and they sure make the gym looks extremely unprofessional and make you feel unwelcomed; when you come in and when you leave. This is extremely inconvenient.

This location has so much equipment broken down that it causes traffic jams for gym members trying to work out on same equipment also Men’s sauna has been broken down for weeks and drinking fountains have been down for months
