Just canceled my membership! My daughter who just turned 12 in august could not only stay in the EMPTY daycare for 45 minutes while I worked out but she had to be 18 to get a pass. Her doctor ran out of a vaccine she needed and did not get to start school Monday so I needed to work out and she was going to start school the next day. This one exception that I asked for was turn down and now they lost my business. I even upgraded my membership just to be able to take my kids on Saturdays. And I was only taking my seven-year-old paying more than $25 just for one day out of the week now they lost a good paying customer. Don’t waste your time they’ve change so many guidelines it’s ridiculous. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I actually have my own gym at home but I enjoy to be around people!

What exactly does the cleaning crew do? Sure, it's only $10 a month, but this is by far the nastiest Fitness Connection I've ever been to. They mop the locker rooms, but don't sweep. So it's just a wet floor with funk stuck to it. Only one shower in the women's showers has an actual shower head, mold and mildew everywhere. I don't even know what that is on the sprinkler on the ceiling. Bandaids on the ground for days at a time. Globs of hair all over the place. The showers look like an abandoned post-apocalyptic locker room. This place should be shut down or, god forbid, cleaned thoroughly.

Hard for them to open on time especially on weekends for some reason. An inconvenience for those of us on limited time. Started going to other locations instead.

Some of the equipment is getting warn down and TV is out in the men's locker room. Locker rooms is getting a lot more litter, it's summer time.

They won’t let me end my 1 year subscription their steppers are so old and in oiled they skip a step when you start climbing the treadmills either don’t work or they stop working because the stop button is malfunctioning the weights are old and rusted seem I’m gonna have to get a lawyer to help me end this subscription to this gym 24hr fitness is way better I should of just got them Jesus

I'm thinking of leaving because 24 hours didn't last and well, not all of us have time to go to work

I was going to join because it's so cheap but now I'm rethinking that because of all the low reviews about fees and canceling. There's a lot of equipment here but the dumbbells are nowhere to be found, well, accept all over the floor. IT's not clean. There's only one employee, The locker room is congested, lot of the lockers are broken. The equipment is not very well maintained, it's old and rusty. There's no functional fitness area unless you pay for a trainer. Which means there's no mats or yoga balls or bosu balls or anything like that. It's all in a locked room. Regular people who don't have trainers also enjoy floor exercises y'all know. 3 stars for the sheer amount of equipment.

I’ve been with this gym for years, and it’s a good gym. But who idea was it not to be 24 hrs anymore. Racing to a closing gym is getting frustrating and it closes super early on the weekend, I mean cmon guys at least til midnight

Cheap prices but can get packed from 5: 30-8: 00 pm. A good gym to get in shape since it has PLENTY of different machines, pool, and sauna.

It would be nice if the basketball court was in better condition. The ball will not bounce in some areas. Also, people like to use it for walking instead of the treadmills. So, if you're playing, you have to wait for them to pass so you don't hit anyone with your ball. Women's restroom has a leak from one of the toilets. Pins are missing from some of the machines. A couple of the machines I like to use have been out of service for a couple of weeks now. They have reupholstered some of cushions, which is nice. During the week, they are a few minutes late opening. When you have limited time before work, those few minutes are valuable. Especially, when I'm paying for it and can make it to work on time myself.

Only fitness connection in the area with a lap pool. Overall looks nice and well maintained.

Routinely doesn’t open on time. It’s 07: 27 and it’s still not open. It’s more frustrating when this happens at 05: 00.

The place is really big and has plenty of options on equipment! I pay about $11 a month and that's one of the best prices I've ever heard. The only downside is if you're an "9-5"er, you'll have a really hard time finding equipment to use right before or right after working. The best time to go is either really early in the morning (5am) or really late at night. (11pm)

The short hours on the new schedule makes it even more crowded since hours are more narrow everyone is here at the same time trying to work out makes it difficult for us…. A lot of my friends are switching over to PLANET Fitness they are open 24 hours much better

Always come in the mornings a lot of equipment and always working with no wait…my son came in the evening and he hated it because it was so crowded and had to wait for equipment…. So mornings not evenings (after school or work) …they used to be 24hrs but they changed during Covid and don’t plan to go back to those hours

Very inconvenient hours.
They need to open 24 hours again.
That’s why I join, in the first place.

It’s affordable and have plenty of equipment but it’s not the nicest place. My major complaints are:
Lack of proper cleaning options for the machines, lack of small weights (I think they get stolen so if you want to use them you need to request them at the front), and lastly the stink that comes from the men bathroom is unbearable for the couple of minutes that I need to go wash my hands.
