Disappointed want to know if you are open it is Feb 18 roads to the gym are open and traffic is good.no one answers the phone no notice of being closed. No notice on the website. No email or text received.really this is very very basic and easy to do. Answering the phone is really low tech and has been around a long time and you should now how to leave away messages if you can't answer the phone. Obviously you spend a lot on Marketing touting how great you are but common courtesy is lacking.

If I could, I’d give this gym 0/5 stars. I am active duty military visiting home and needed a gym to use for the month. The employee that helped told me it was a one time fee of $17 flat and that would cover me until the date I needed to leave. Turns out that was a lie considering he never cancelled my membership when I specifically asked him to right then when I created my membership. Never informed me I would be billed $22 the following month AND a $49 annual fee? ! I NEEDED THE GYM FOR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH THATS IT. Never will I ever work out here again when I come home. Not to mention the manager turned a blind eye when I informed him of this. Very disappointed.

Do NOT waste your time with any fitness connection they have HORRIBLE customer service they are not willing to help with fees of loyal customer in the middle of this pandemic they are still charging monthly fees PLUS late fees but not notifying you that your account is back active. HOTWORX has great customer service and great deals. I would transfer or try there if i were you

Love the environment and the staff there are friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and the whole place just feels so clean. Love the small group workouts they have, trainer Tori is great and works closely with each person to make sure they are succeeding and motivates them to strive bigger and work harder!

If you love being charged extra fees then this is the gym for you! Expect extra charges on your CC randomly without warning.and good luck trying to contact customer service lmaoooo NOBODY will help you. Plus if you want to cancel you have to write something called a letter in the mail, I mean its 2018 where everything is digital but for some reason these old idiots want a letter in the mail to cancel. I give this place negative 100 stars. WORST GYM TO EVER EXIST

Nice size, there's always a fitness class going from yoga to cycling etc. The equipment is pretty decent, gets you what you need. The sauna is the best part for me! It's plenty of room. Overall, I love being able to come to the gym drop my boys off and get an hour of good working out done!

They have poor customer service I called on the phone and the gentleman said come see the gym and bring your son for a quick work out. The first 7 days is free so we go up their and the guy at the desk said he is to young. So I told the guy earlier that I was told to bring him. The guy said we can't help you he is to young so I said up my account it should have both listed. Come back some there time

Place it’s nice but WiFi never works so if you go there forget about the world no phone signal either lol it’s a dead spot

This is by far the worst gym.if you’re thinking about getting a membership here don’t. I never write bad reviews but FC is just the WORST. Their customer service is the worst and they will not let me cancel my membership, they will make you go through loops just so they can keep taking out your money

The personnel in this facility is not very helpful and borderline unethical. My nice is still trying to cancel services she did not ask for but it is being charged for since January of this year.

No longer awesome. Weights are NEVER racked! The employees are too busy talking and standing around. The gym is becoming very trashy! I wish I could give negative stars. Reading all the bad reviews FC must not care at all

I have the VIP membership since a year ago you supposedly can take someone and they never let that person in.all the times i go they want to see a Texas Id. We normaly show a student ID and they reject it. But you see a bunch of teenagers there horsing around how did they get in? They do not know how to talk to people and the new manager does not know how to treat people. I Will not come back to that place. I wanted to cancel and they tell you that online.

Gym is good. Can get a little busy, but the kids club is horrible. The women that work there are nice and sweet, but there is about one of them for 50 kids and infants. Dangerous. Don’t leave your kids there.

Membership is affordable and you get everything you expect. Clean for the most part. Never have any problems. Some afternoons/evenings, though, it gets crowded and weights are disorganized. Still a very good quality basic gym.

I love the gym. Just not the starting price. Had to get two membership so I paid 260 dollars to start my membership still owe them most of it have to pay it before due date. I wish they had good promotions for walk ins but other than that good place to work out.

Be coming here a year, everything good however one request, need more 45s plates. If its busy, it hard to find

All the times my wife and I have been here all the staff is friendly. Very professional, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome.

I come here for morning classes and the instructors never show up! We ask front desk don’t have any clue what goes on their gym. Will be cancel this membership

I have been in gym industry for 20 years. I have owned and worked at them. This location and company is the best gym I have seen. WONDERFUL staff members always willing to help out. Always clean and smells clean not like sweaty gym. Equipment always working or fixed in timely manner.
