Was verbally attacked and threatened by someone in the gym. The GM was quick to try to deescalate the situation but took the side of the dude screaming threats of physical assault and having a rage fit, making me leave and allowing the assaulter to carry on with his workout.

Good price, nice staff (from my experience) a bit of variety on machines, although only one of some. Overall if you’re looking for a starting gym this isn’t a terrible option. Not too busy right now, might pickup when covid dies down.

Really well done with everything but basketball court room haven’t opened the other court since pandemic has started need more weights but great culture needs more room for basketball as a lot of people play

I have been going here for the past three years and it has been amazing up until the beginning of covid, they reduced their hours more than 50% forcing more people to workout at the same time due to the limitations in time. Always jam packed, basketball court closed, but they still charge the same price. Whenever you ask when they are going back to normal hours they get annoyed and don’t give you an answer. Very inconvenient i’m probably going to switch gyms if it isn’t back to 24/7 in the next two or three weeks. Otherwise the equipment is good quality and always clean.fix your hours!

Mornings staff is awesome. They are best part of this gym. Machines are broken and not fixed for MONTHS! Some require a simple battery replacement but still months without it. Maintenance on the machines is terrible as well. The hours are ridiculous now. I understand when COVID first started but now it’s ridiculous. Closed on Sunday? Why?

Staff has horrible customer service. Water fountains are extremely hot. Half the machines either out of service or don't work like they should. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Horrible gym!

Love that they have a separate womens section. The movie rooms are awesome! Locker rooms are great. It has a sauna which I like. Friendly staff. Only complaint is not any hand sanitizers like most gyms have around machinery.

They make it so impossible to cancel your membership. It’s so obnoxious. You have to write a letter and send it to corporate, can’t just tell them you want to cancel. Annoying. Not worth it. Hidden annual fees, in the contract, but not mentioned when you sign up. Fees fees fees. Just say no.

Super annoying to never be able to work out when you want. This location stays packed out. They have way too many members trying to work out at the same time. Not to mention the cancellation process is more than a nightmare. I shouldn't have to mail a letter and fight with you about you not receiving it. Dont waste your time here.

I was overcharged on my bank account and I called corporate and they said they could do nothing unless it was due to fraud at my bank. It was fraud and deception on the side of the gym. I am going through my bank to dispute the charges and am talking to an attorney to file suit against the company for fraud.

Plenty of fans and equipment but this gym has potential to be so much better. If you want to end your membership you will have to send a letter to their headquarters which is a super annoying hassle. It's also extremely busy unless you go after 9pm. Only 2 basketball courts and a useless theater room next to it that nobody uses. Also one too many squash rooms. Small sauna in men's bathroom. Good gym for it's price.

Cancellation policy is a joke. I followed their ridiculous procedure yet they claim they never received the letter & continue to charge me a monthly & call because I haven't paid it. They were the only company with my banking info & conveniently after I cancelled my banking account was hacked. Which was another inconvenience because I had to close that account & open another.

Been to all of the DFW locations and this is probably my favorite. The cardio theater is pretty awesome idea. Burn while you stride or run. Good free weight selection. And staff if pretty friendly. Good price. Pain to cancel.

The gym there is exceptional, not too crowded, basketball there is a good flowing area, you can call next and you are in.

I am embarrassed and ashamed that I signed up with this gym. I agree with all other bad reviews posted on this site. Corporate office staff are a joke. Cancellation policy is a joke. Sales Representatives are scam artists. A majority of the treadmills have some malfunction that never gets fixed. Don't waste your time with this gym. You will give them access to your bank account and they will do whatever they please with your money.

Visit once and they will consistently call you to open a membership.will not stop calling.hate this place and the workers.

I wanted to cancel my membership and had to send a letter in. I sent my letter 2 months prior to when i wanted to cancel my membership and still for charged. Terrible service, there are better gyms with better service out there.

So I was a member there a while back and I must admit, I really enjoyed the price and how close it was to me. Well, I few months in and my mom died and had to move away. I spoke to the manager at the time and he told me everything would be taken care of. Well today I just saw an email saying my credit score went down. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS! I’m unbelievably upset and hope that everyone confirms that their membership is indeed canceled if they decide to leave.

The gym is nice. But the basketball court is so small it’s not even half of a half court. There’s no 3 point line wither & that blows my mind. What are we in the 60s? ! Other than that the theater room to do your cardio is pretty cool & I’ve never been to a gym that has that.

Seems like a great gym so far, good prices and good equipment overall. Only complaint was their movie cardio room is a really cool idea (I love both so I could be in there all day), but the bulb for the projector is broken so there's a huge blue water-looking mark on the movie protection: (
