I canceled my membership in person and when asked was told I would not be receiving any further charges, only to be charged for membership dues the following month. After waiting over an hour to speak with customer support over the phone, it had to be canceled again because it wasn't taken care of the first time. They also refused to refund the charge that happened from their own mistake.

This company is HORRIBLE. I have called in three times to cancel and they NEVER CANCELED the membership. The customer service representative stated there was a note that said I was "angry about the cancellation policy, but never canceled". LIES! THAT WAS MY SECOND TIME CALLING TO CANCEL! Please do yourself a favor and don't use this gym. Planet fitness is a much better choice and do not make you wait 30 days to cancel just to get another payment.

Fitness connection has the worst member services staff Ive ever seen in a gym. They just want your money and they dont give you information properly so you end up paying more. I wanted to go there for two months and they told me that I can cancel my membership anytime before the 1st day of the next month to avoid extra charges. Firstly, you cant even cancel it online so you need to call them. I kept calling them and they never picked up or they were busy. So I had to ask someone to go there in person to get a hold of them. They canceled my membership but they told me that I will need to pay for the next month too because you have to cancel two weeks before the first month or some bs like that. I’m never going there again.

This place has opened the basketball courts but have not opened the racquetball courts. When you call and ask why they say “it’s a corporate decision”, it’s no corporate it’s like they don’t want to bother to remove bikes out the court. Another gym down the street has 5 racquetball courts open so it’s no excuse except they don’t care! ’

If you’re in looking to get in shape and get covid this is the place you want to be. Both staff, and members does not practice basic safety regulations to ensure ones health. Wearing a mask is a joke to them.

Staff is friendly and helpful. But the customers are not courteous with replacing free weights.

Great machines, weights, and classes. Women's separate area with dry sauna. Good music. Basketball court. Racket ball.

Cheap price, well maintained gym plenty of exercise classes, racquet ball ourts can't beat it for ten dollars a month

Not a bad place when the cleaning crew isnt there. Way to crowded during the day. But for nightowls like myself it's great!

I love this gym. Its a great value for the price. Lots of equipment, classes and activities to be a part of.
There’s a lot of people that attend this gym. The parking lot is mostly full but when you go inside you still have access to plenty of machines or small waits. The classes are huge so I think that's why the parking lots are full. So what if you have to walk a ways to the gym you are working out right? Lol

BEWARE! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CARD INFORMATION! $20 was charged to my card for a body building event without my consent.

VERY VERY PRICEY! Machine, pool, and sauna areas very small. You're paying a lot for atmosphere. Once you are a member, you are not special. YMCA has more equipment, larger pool, classes, and free trainer help AT A BETTER PRICE!

Clean and spacious. Enjoy the opportunity of childcare for yiur kids while you work out. However I suggest you wait for your kids to be more independent tho as the staff doednt bother trying if your kid is having a bad moment

Its really great here. Staff is nice enough, they don't annoy you, the people here are generally pretty helpful and polite also. You've got the few rare douchebags that come in, but that's to be expected. One problem I have though is. PEOPLE NEVER PUT THE DUMBELLS BACK CORRECTLY.

My second day and I'm still enjoying working our here portion. However, the movie room was closed both visits for my daughter who's 11 and 1/2 who doesn't like the kids room because of all the noise and mucus on the walls. Disgusting! My first visit there seem to have been some chaos with some of the basketball players being very disruptive during volleyball time. They continued to bounce their balls which was rude and distracting to the volleyball players; words and crazy faces ere exchanged.

I would give this place 0 or negative stars. Be careful, lot of locker break-ins here and staff will not even provide video to the police. It's like they know who is doing it.

Wish the would get more 10# and 12# dumbbells. Also wish they would hire someone to track weights. It's like going on a scavenger hunt every work out. Incentive to get steps in i suppose. Plenty of cardio equipment and that's a plus. Overall it's a good enough gym especially for the price.

Although it can get very crowded at times, I love the women's room. I use it every time. Also reading a book while using the exercise bike is a great thing to do. One thing I am HIGHLY disappointed in though is the discontinuation of yoga classes. They were great and it's a fitness activity that doesn't put me out of breath or require too much strength. Only join during their $10/month specials though.

The gym is decent and I had no issues during my time there. However, their business practices are terrible as they have hidden fees they hesitate to tell you about. In addition, the process to cancel a membership is absurd. They require documentation proof if you decide to cancel.lol. I do believe it’s my right to cancel especially since they do bill you an extra month and annual fees even if you cancel. I ended up paying almost $80 to use the gym for a little over a month.

Front desk is terrible I change my credit card and provide the information on time and still the are charging me a late fee just because they don't do there jod on the front desk
