Kyle and Julia are very responsive to client needs and have put together a program that has allowed me to get back in shape while recovering from hip replacement surgery.

I have worked with these trainers 3 years. They are always cheerful, positive and encouraging. I was totally new to training when I started and from the start they helped me feel confident about my ability. I have been working with Kyle and Julia for the last 4 months and really happy with the results so far. I feel great and making continual progress towards my fitness goals!

I brought my son for 8 months before I decided to work out with him. I don’t think i will ever want to work out, but…. I am in love with how my arms look, and I know if I want to keep them looking like that I have to keep at it, Kyle and Julia are encouraging and motivating and have helped me develop a consistent good habit.

I have been doing strength training for 3 + years with Fitness Factory. They listen to your goals and concerns and plan your workouts accordingly. They also review your progress on a regular basis. Highly recommend their professionalism. Kyle has been my main trainer, but all involved are equally skilled.

I absolutely love my personal workout sessions with Kyle! Both he and Julia took the time to get to know me personally and my goals, and worked collaboratively with me to develop a regimen that works for me and my needs. It’s a great gym if you are a wheelchair user! Many of the equipment pieces have a removable bench so you can pull up to it in your chair and not have to transfer out! Could not recommend this place enough for anyone, but especially for people with physical disabilities who want to work out, but may need a bit of assistance and are not looking for rehab physical therapy.

They have the best trainers! Everyday I leave I feel like I have accomplished a lot. Kyle and Julia are amazing!
