Five Below, Pasadena TX

Barely gets a 3! Nice Store in a Nice Location but I could not tell who worked there. No Obvious Uniforms just Black Aprons so the Employees mix in with the Customers. Bad Idea since without the Illusion of Employees, it seems like the Place is Running Amock! Kid Friendly but the More Kids you bring, the Fatter your Wallet needs to be. Not Senior Friendly since there is no where they can sit. Overall Great Store except for the Camouflaged Employees!

Me and my bf have been coming here recently. We like it. It's always clean when we go by. Nice place.

I hate this place. Not a good deal anymore. Everything is over priced, the registers suck, candy is priced out the wazoo, nobody cares that they work there, and it feels dirty just walking in. I I only go there now for Hi-Chews.

Store very poorly maintained. Walked in 5 minutes after store opened. Had not been clean prior to opening, trash on shelves, and shirts were a mess! When walking through the store you could see other merchandise not put back either.
Not a good experience.

Apparently this is not a winter clothing store and more of an "on trend" dollar general ish type place. 10/10

It has became a over rated dollar store. Self checkout. I wanted a simple yellow Keychain it was $3.50 no price attached to most items. That doesn't work for me.

Love coming here it makes me feel like a kid all over again wanting everything in the store. Good prices and cool fun items for the kids

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE on Dec 11! I was running late for my aunt's 50th wedding anniversary and I had an exchange. One of the staff helped me find what I needed, a gift bag, tissue and a card! I arrived just in time to see the beautiful ceremony! Thank you so much! (I'm sorry that I failed to get your name, but YOU are DEFINITELY management material.)

I went here yesterday and the store first off is a huge disaster. Maybe and hopefully only because of Christmas holidays and everyone doing their Christmas shopping but it was a mess. There was stuff piled up everywhere all over the floors and it made it difficult to get down aisles. If you're going for Christmas gifts then it's totally worth it! If you're going for stocking stuffers that are the main item then it's great. However, if you're going for small stocking stuffers, they're actually more expensive here in comparison to Walmart or dollar stores! So for the small stuffer candy, I'd go elsewhere. But for cheap gifts for the kids, this is definitely the place!
