Five Guys, Houston TX

Was greeted upon arriving and upon my exiting this location was clean. The bathroom was clean fairly quick service for what I ordered the burger this time could’ve been better especially for the prices you pay but i ate it because I was hungry and craving it I decided to go to five guys and fries were delicious.

The food is delicious, I just don't understand why it costs me more to feed 3 people from here than it does to feed 3 people from my local steakhouse.

The person that took my order didn’t listen to any I said about my order, I asked for a burger no mayo add mustard and no tomato when I got home I had double meat and tomato and no mustard and ketchup. And This experience is my first and time dealing with 5 Guys

It was soooo good the seasoned fries were the best the burger was the perfect size and i loved ittttt

How can a place so highly rated elsewhere - one which takes the trouble to use peanut oil for its fries - have such a horrible burger? Pickles: best ever. Meat: mediocre. Cheese: molten slag. How does that happen? !?

Fast service. Customer Oriented Service. Best Burger, Fries, Strawberry Milkshake, and the curtesy complementary Roasted Peanuts are best I have had in many years.

Food was ok, staff was nice however the cost was outrageous. 2 small cheeseburgers, 1 med fry, bottle of water and cup of water was over $27.00.
Way too expensive for what we got. This is unfortunate.

Manager did not answer the phone after calling four times. She hung up on me after not understanding. My complaint. My burger was pink. Female Hispanic manager was very rude. She needs to be fired.

It's been 10 years since I've had a hamburger from Five Guys. The burger was huge and really good. The small size of fries is very generous and they are awesome.

The bad thing about 5 Guys is that a hot dog is $8. That's really bad because it's just a hot dog.

Y’alllll omgggg! I haven’t had Five Guys in so long and I honestly don’t know why! The service was quick and the food was fresh. They give you sooo many fries and I bought the smallest one. I would definitely consider sharing them with someone the next time I come. I loved everything about this place! I will say they are a bit expensive but the food was really good! If someone else is paying, consider this place for sure!

The food is amazing and the customer service is always above and beyond.

I'm amazed when I walk in and am greeted by name! Maybe i should cut back on how often i eat here. Even when i haven't been in a month Rick remembers my name and Says, "We missed you! Haven't seen you in a while. " What a personal touch - its hard to find this kind of service these days.

Management please recognize Rick, Brandon, Kode, Mike and anyone else that I may have missed as A+ employees and Great ambassadors for your brand.

No fault to the team but the only improvement the phone system doesn't work! I tried to call ahead and I keep getting an error message. I told the team and they mentioned its been an ongoing problem and they apologized. Hopefully corporate get this fixed asap!

DO NOT order online. I ordered through five guys website and my order was never received. I was charged though and I went to the store to ask for an explanation and they said it wasn't their responsability. I called Postmates (delivery party) and they informed me that when the order is placed through their website, then the restaurant is responsible for it. I ended up ordering at the restaurant when I went in and I still had to pay for my food again. Never again five guys!
