Five Guys, Humble TX

On 12/09/2023 at 5: 31 PM, I decided to visit the Five Guys restaurant store near HEB in atascocita, Texas. Prior to my arrival, I made numerous attempts to place an order over the phone, but unfortunately, no one answered. Upon reaching the restaurant, I proceeded to place my order and took the
to inquire about the phone situation with the cashier. To my surprise, she abruptly claimed that the
phone was indeed working fine for taking orders. Skeptical, I asked for the phone number, as I had doubts about its functionality since I couldn't reach them earlier. She insisted that it was working without any issues.

I proceeded to order my two burgers, and while they were being prepared, I witnessed a rather unsettling incident. The cashier, after removing her gloves, went to the back, put on a fresh pair of gloves, and began handling my bread with fingers, almost as if she were playing the piano. This behavior shocked me, and I approached a gentleman in the same area, requesting that he discard the fondle bread and prepare a fresh one. Although he pretended to replace one set of buns, I observed that he didn't actually do so.

Feeling concerned about the hygiene of my food, I politely asked the cashier not to proceed with making my sandwiches due to her improper handling. In response, she approached me with an attitude, asking what my problem was. I calmly explained that her actions were rude and unacceptable, especially considering the way she had treated my food. Her denial of being rude only worsened the situation. This incident marked the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time.

When I approached the gentleman in the back to inquire about the cashier's name, he provided me with a fake name, which contradicted the initials I found on the register, "AM. " This discovery was quite disturbing, as Five Guys was the only burger place I trusted and frequented. Unfortunately, due to the disrespectful and careless behavior of their employees, I can no longer consider them as my go-to burger joint.

Normally, I would let such incidents slide and contact the manager, but this time, I felt compelled to reach out to customer service. However, the magnitude of this incident is something that cannot be easily overlooked or recovered from. I sincerely hope that Five Guys reevaluates their hiring process and finds better ways to prioritize customer satisfaction. As a result of this experience, they have lost a loyal customer in both myself and my husband.

So I wanna compliment the guys at this location they are great. They had a great attitude even though it was towards the end of the night and I appreciate that. With all that being said be prepared to PAY at this place. I was shocked that 2 burgers 2 fries 2 shakes $50! I was blown away at my total. The food is pretty good I just don't think this will be a regular spot for us.

Definitely one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. No joke taste identical to a Burger King burger for 3x the price. $12 for a regular size single patty burger that doesn’t have any unique flavor or let alone much flavor at all. Solid 2/10. Fries were overly salted to where I had to hand scrape the salt off. Super disappointing because I had been wanting to try them for a while. Didn’t even have it in me to finish the burger. Homemade grilled burgers are better than this place. I rather have a McDonald’s dollar menu cheeseburger than this place. I felt like I was eating from a hospital cafeteria every time I took a bite. I rather buy 3 little ceasers pizza for the same price I paid here for a burger and small fry. I rather starve then be forced to eat another one of these burgers. This burger was so bad it made me consider becoming vegan. I feel like they gaslit me with all their “award winning” signs leaving me to believe I was about to experience the best burger of my life. I was manipulated and tricked. They are liars! I’m considering pressing charges as I have fell victim to 5 guys and their manipulative marketing!

Five Guys already has a reputation for their good burgers. This location steps it up a notch for their amazing service. They are friendly, outgoing and fast. They make you feel welcome right away. The restaurant is alert super spotless as well. So if you want a great atmosphere and burger that’s just right and not too greasy this is the place.

Really fresh burgers and very customizeable. Great fries and awesome shakes. Not a big menu but everything is great.

So we ordered a big order worth 128 dollars and they messed it up so bad but a sweet young lady named Bianca fixed our order off the clock which is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. They need to fix the crew and keep Bianca on as a manager cause she is an amazing women. Thank you Bianca for fixing our order.

Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is always good. However, prices here are getting out of hand.

The secret to Five Guys is that one order of fries can feed two or three people. If you're going alone tell'em to skip the topper.

Best burgers in town, they have good prices a lot of fries for cheap free peanuts and a big drink selection.

I ordered two grillchesee's and they charged me for two cheeseburgers even after I went to them and asked if they could fix it they said yes and not only did they still give me the wrong items, they said the amount I paid would be the same even though there was a price difference between a Grill cheese and a cheeseburger on the menu board that was above the counter.

They ran out of buns for the hotdogs and had to use a hamburger bun instead. The food was not good

Great burger and fries made fresh. Staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly. My only complaint is the price for the meal. There are better places to get burgers for the price paid here.

Every time I come to this location, my food ends up taking a long time. I've been standing here for 40 minutes without any food. It's the last time I'm coming here.

We ordered food to go, tell me why when we get home to eat, burger was bland and i have to say someone's in love! Fries were too freaking salty. I felt my blood pressure rising. I called 5 times to report this and no one picks up the phone
Wanting a total refund! Burgers & food shouldn't be so expensive to be so nasty and definitely a health issue

Too pricey two overrated way expensive for everything separated just too much not really even worth than to enjoy the food

Loved the burgers and the fries are outstanding as always. Remember that their small burgers are the size or most competitor's regular sized burgers.
