Every person I engaged with was very kind. Dr. Castañeda took his time with me, answering what questions I had and ensuring my prescription was perfect. He recommended better eye drops than the ones I was using, and gave me the business card of a LASIK specialist so I could get a better consultation. The receptionists were very nice, and laughed at my joke. The optician was kind and talked with us while she worked on my prescription. Really a great place to get your eyes checked!

I arrived for my appointment and checked in and was not waiting even 5 minutes when the girl called me in to do the preliminary tests, then took me to the doctor’s office where he immediately came in and began his part of my eye exam. I was in an outta there in less than 30 minutes! WOW! Great job!

Our son has been a patient here for about 8 years. The staff is nice and courteous. They are very helpful with making appointments. We always get in quick and the visits are speedy. The optometrists are extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They are patient and answer all of our questions. We will continue to taking our son to Five Points Optical Center, and we recommend others to do the same.

The doctor that took care of us was very thorough and informative when it came to our eyes. He got into full detail about our eyes and also had a deep scan on our retina to try to find out more detail about my eyes. Very professional throughout the office and friendly as well. This Center will continue to be my eye care for as long as I am living! I can see I made the right decision.
