Well I live the customer service but one of my dresses that I needed for Sunday grease stain didn’t come out so it stayed there not ready til Mondaydo I will wear a different dress

Worst customer service imaginable, wouldnt go back even if they were the only cleaners in town, terrible management. Ruined a beautiful dress shirt because of poor or no training then didn’t want to pay for it. Unprofessional from top to bottom and from start to finish, never again. Culpeppers from now on.

My pants are starched and ironed very well each time I take them in. This is the only cleaners that has left the same line on my jeans. I recommend them to everyone

Always Great service by 5 Star Cleaners. The ladies are very nice and helpful. I had 2 shirts that had some spots that weren’t identified until I got them home; took them back and they took care of them at no extra charge. Wish they had a location out Potranco Rd and 211 but they are worth the drive.

Jeannie always takes care of me when I stop in. Smiling and happy. She's so full of energy. The location is always clean, the service is fast, and my clothes look wonderful. I can use my red bag and drop off my items anytime. I can use the drive up door to pick up when everything is ready.

Brought in a skirt with a stain in the front. I thought it was a simple stain and it turned out to be horrible but Jeannie, Yvette and took time and worked on it and now the skirt looks brand knew. I truly appreciate them and their care.
