Flamingo Liquor, Plano TX

Great place to pickup some bottles to enjoy over the weekend or to just stop by and grab some items for a group get together.

Matt is an awesome store host. He's pretty knowledgeable about whiskey. Heck, he'll even let you sample what's new! Convenient location on Preston at Plano pkwy; with plenty of parking. Prices are competitive with other liquor store outlets of that size. Good collection of import beers & wines. Well worth the stop.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would! They are embarrassing and extremely rude. I went into this establishment and was embarrassed in front of someone very special to me, as they refused service to me even though I am of legal age to buy alcohol. Do not waste your time at this establishment, give your money to the Spec’s down the road, not this local business.

Decent selection and prices aren't too bad. The staff is always very helpful and personable.

What does one expect when coming to a liquor store?
Yes, lots of liquor, beer, and wine; You got it! Prices are reasonable, but a tad higher than other major locations.

First and last time going. Clean place but unorganized. You buy something with a price drop on it and that won't fulfill that price they will just apologize and act like it didn't happen. Also the prices are crazy high. Sticking to total wines.

This particular store was a complete disappointment. First off it was very hard to locate what I was looking for and when I tried to find someone to help me there wasn't anyone around. After much time in searching for what i needed I proceeded to go pay for my items but soon realized the cashier was rude and impatient and didn't even answer not one question. I will not be coming back to this place if i can help it.

Went in on Christmas Eve, and the lady on the floor could tell I needed help and she offered to help before I even had the chance to look for someone to help me!

After showing me to the two items I was looking for, she asked if there was anything else she could help me find. I didn't feel rushed, and then the guy at the register was extremely friendly during the check out process. He even fist bumped me at the end.

10/10 customer service, what a fantastic liquor store.

We stopped going here because theres a cashier that's constantly calling girls lil mama. It's so gross and uncomfortable

TK is a breath of fresh air on site! I actually look for more to buy so I can enjoy brief conversations with him and I have noticed others have this same feeling. Glad you guys are close to my house.

The employee.girl.was not very friendly and the alcohol is more priced than other places
