I really enjoyed the quiet, country setting that is in a location that affords easy access to all of the amenities and activities in the area. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. I enjoyed watching the sheep. This is a self service park so be sure to read the instructions on the sign as you enter the park. The downfall of this park is the bathroom and laundry facilities. They are very clean, but not air conditioned. It was over 100⁰ my entire stay which made the facilities miserably hot.

Great location, quiet & clean. Noone in office at any time. Self serve to get into site. Noone to talk to about speeders through campground, ask questions, etc. People stop in to dump tanks and leave. Open access to anyone. Would stay there again for convenience and cleanliness now that we know how they operate but would consider others just for wanting to be able to speak to someone and know they welcome us with campground instructions, escort to site, directions, etc. This "automated pay & stay" isn't what I call a campground, I would call it a fancy parking lot. It would be nice to have someone on site to see and speak with welcoming us to their "business".

This is a nice park, although it is not a resort which the name implies. Having visited Waco several times before, this was our first time here. Many of the pull-through sites are the "reverse-buddy" design, which is to say the utility connections are in the middle, and the living side of the RVs face away. Greig road is narrow-ish and is pretty beat up in my opinion. The interior roads are paved, and the sites are crushed stone over dirt. It can get a bit sloppy if there is enough rain. Our site was level and in good condition, and that appears to be the norm here.

Arrival: You probably won't hear from the park except for your reservation confirmation email. Hang onto that as it contains your site number. Just inside the entrance is a sign with instructions read it & heed it. Do not venture past the last RV sites with your rig as there is no turnaround. I would guess someone has done that, and they likely weren't happy.

Our Verizon signal was good, and the park WiFi at our site was usable but poor. They really need to install one or more extenders.

We'd return here when visiting again. We camped at Flat Creek Farms RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground owner/manager, you have a definite speeding problem. We were in #62, and folks flew by at 35-40 MPH. Not safe.

This is a beautiful and peaceful RV resort. We only stayed overnight, but would definitely stay again.

What a joke. Took several phone calls with Trainy just to schedule a pull thru site as we travel back North. Didn't know how to use their own computer systems and it kept "going down". We didn't end up staying there bit if just scheduling is an effort, I can only imagine staying there would be just as messed up. Not real good PR.

My husband and I booked a spot (spot 58) at Flat Creek Farms RV Resort to escape snowy Minnesota. It was our first long trip pulling our camper and traveling with our dog, and when we booked we didn’t know anything about Flat Creek Farms, the area or if we would like it. Well, let me tell you, staying here was a little slice of Heaven! Waking up in the morning and having coffee, watching the sunrise and sheep was just amazing! And again at night watching the sheep come back to pasture and the sunset was such “simple life” but just what my soul needed! The entire grounds are spotless, and well kept. The fellow campers were polite, quiet and courteous. If you are looking for a location to camp at, visit all of what Waco and other towns around have to offer, all while feeling safe and having an enjoyable, stress free vacation, book here! Don’t even think about it, just book your spot! You won’t regret it! I know we can’t wait to come back again!

Fabulous view and ponds and comforts of Home, so relaxing and peaceful. The creek and sheep are a delight to see.

Good campground. Wish there was a picnic table. Didn't enjoy the huge rocks. Very hard to walk on. Enjoyed watching the sheep.

Nice, quiet park, very clean good access with a 38ft camper. Close to highway, but far enough to not hear it, VERY CLEAN!

The actual staying here out in the farmland was actually really cool. I would give camping spot and scenery a 5 star however the newer section which we were in is about a half mile walk to the restroom, dumpster, and laundry and farther out is a clubhouse. Was very conveniently located not far from Waco as we took a Lyft driver to see and eat at the Mongolian Table Restaurant and the Mongolian Silos and market. We were here 4 nights. No manager on site but he does return your calls fairly quickly. Very laid back here and would definitely stay here again

I made reservations on the phone and received instructions on my RV spot by email. I never spoke to anyone face to face. The park was very clean and there were cute goats across the stream from our camp site.

Very nice and quiet RV resort. Grounds are kept very clean and orderly, staff is communicative and helpful. Beautiful, picturesque creek and farmland. Amenities are few, laundromat and restrooms/showers are adequate. Main downside is there are a lot of coyotes around here, so watch your fur babies!

Very nice park! Booked online, they responded with the RV site number. We pulled in no problem and everything was very easy to hook up. Sitting on a nice river and quiet. They have good internet too.

Quiet, nice setting. Sheep being watched by a sheep dog across the creek. Not a lot of amenities.

Campground nice, quiet, all hook ups, great internet. Roads leading in from Interstate are lousy. Drive slow.
