I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences with this place. I’ve rented a dump trailer once and an enclosed trailer a few times and bought hitches and trailer equipment. Brandon and the other staff have always been courteous and followed through on everything we worked on. Their equipment and prices and service are all top notch!

My friend experienced a “tug” on her rv trailer wheel north of Abilene but two separate people said they saw no problem. So she drove to east Texas and back to Waco to visit me. As she backed the rig up all I heard was a “clunk”, “clunk”. My nephew and a mobile tech said that her bearings were shot, her drum was gone and possibly her axle was damaged. We hunted all day Tuesday for someone to fix her rig so she could go home and make a family funeral. Flat Rock Trailers worked her in to their busy schedule and treated us like royalty. To show how dire a situation this was, when the tech at Flat Rock went to move the rig into the bay, the axle gave way. It was a miracle my friend made it to the dealership. When someone is “there for you” in a pinch — you know they are good people. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking to buy or repair a trailer.

These guys are special kind of people. Actual opened on labor day to help me out. Didn't charge me any extra. I totaled my trailer and was in a bind. Niel came and opened the store just to help me out. Sold me a replacement trailer without charging extra. Thank you guys

We have completed 2 moves with their cargo trailers and couldn't be happier with their service. They have all the hitches you could need and will select the right one, install it, and hook up the trailer for you. For a cross town move the 7 x 16 trailers are great! I especially love that if you pick up Saturday morning and drop off Monday, you only pay for 1 day usage since they are closed on Sundays. We've previously used Uhaul and Penske for moves but have been so much happier with the trailers and service from Flat Rock.

I recently brought them a 30+ year old steel horse trailer that needed some updates. I had called another guy in town because Flat Rock was booked and he tried to tell me it wasn't even worth doing any work on. Not Flat Rock! They did exactly what I asked, kept me informed throughout of the cost, and provided me with options to keep this old giant on the road. I enjoy doing business here and will go to them for any future repairs I need.

Had a miscommunication with a salesmen over the phone but was reached out to by other staff and they were more than accommodating and helpful. I appreciate it.

First of all, there isn't enough space in this box for me to throughly express my appreciation to Brandon and the rest of the guys.
I got my boat trailer towed there for a hub replacement, and the guys took care of that (At a wonderful price), and then proceeded to provide some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
Brandon personally made sure I had everything needed to make a 200+ mile trip back home. I would recommend Flat Rock to anyone needing trailer repair.

I just rented a dump trailer, so I can only speak for that. The trailer was fairly well maintained, for a rental. Prices were a little high. But considering the quality of the equipment, it might be worth it.

Neal helped guide me through my first trailer purchase. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was communicative, responsive, respectful and always had a great attitude throughout the process. I asked too many questions and he was happy to answer each one. I drove over 3 hours to purchase from Neal and Flat Rock Trailers. The pricing was also just right.
