I have had nothing but phenomenal service from the moment I stepped into the Flatiron Domain. Not only is it in the best location, the staff are extremely great compared to other Greystar sister properties. Dante has been amazing when it comes to communication, acceptance, and all promoting resident events. I have enjoyed my home so far (moved in 12/6) and it is a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and hardly no issues thus far.
I recently settled into Flatiron, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience. A huge part of this was due to Dante, the assistant community manager, who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless application and move-in process for me. Despite being outside the country and facing website access issues during the online application, Dante's flexibility and consistent communication made everything easier and near hassle-free.
Moreover, I'm loving my unit. The complex itself is impressive, with top notch amenities and the overall ambience is serene.
Jenny is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in leasing. She was rude and was yelling at me for asking simple questions about an application. She was totally unhelpful and can’t answer any questions unless Dante is around because she doesn’t know anything. If you want to turn people away from living at Flatiron keep her hired!
I've been in couple apt complexes before, really didn't have best experience, especially dealing with the management, but honestly the case was really different since the first day in Flatiron Domain. Big thanks to Dante.really super professional. My move-in process was super smooth
I have lived in the building since it was first built, I have enjoyed living here and it has been hard even after going and touring the Bowen and The Thompson to decide to pickup and leave. Dante and Cathy who are the new community managers have shown how great it can to live here and during a crazy holiday season transition from our other unit. They have shown they respect the long term tenants and it felt good to stay rather than leave. The new unit had a couple of issues which I was frustrated at first and Dante especially leaped in to resolve and was also key in communicating quickly back and fourth throughout the transition smoothing it out and gaining faith that he makes good on all his promises. This property has seen some turnover in the manager sector but so far have seen positive experiences and good follow up especially coming from Danielle, Cathy, and Dante.

Situated in a prime location, it provides easy access to shopping, a pristine pool, outdoor TV, several BBQ areas, cabanas, and a well-equipped gym. As a weight-loss and aesthetic surgeon with a nearby practice, I value having a tranquil and soothing home environment after a hectic day.

I loved my apartment and would have stayed if I had not needed to move further south. I'd recommend this complex!
I regret to express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my deposit by this residence. Despite vacating the premises over a year and a half ago, my deposit has yet to be refunded. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this matter, the issue remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and disappointment. I strongly advise potential residents to exercise caution when considering entering into a rental agreement with this establishment.
I’ve been here for about 8 months, and it’s wonderful. The front desk staff are truly the best; it’s quiet and well maintained; and the residents are welcoming. While tucked away from the craziness of Domain North, it’s still walking distance to everything in the Domain.
I have dealt with various Assistant Community Managers throughout Austin during the past couple of years.
I can honestly say Mr. Dante Lewis is best in the industry. He is extremely professional, passionate and a honest individual.
He responds to any concerns or inquiry's promptly and keeps you updated without having to worry.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Dante Lewis.
BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO ALAEYA BARRERA! Very professional, very detailed when giving a tour. She will not disappoint!
Management could care less about you. Example, they don't provide an emergency phone number. So I'm sitting without electricity, without lights and without air conditioning. It's 103 degrees outside and nearly that in the apartment. The office is closed and not one of their numerous phone numbers get answered.
Oh, and pay attention to the reviews about fire alarms going off all the time. And I mean ALL THE TIME!
The staff I met were very friendly and courteous.
Property was very nice. My second pick to the Bowen Apartments.
The property and unit are exceeding our expectations. The residents and staff are friendly, kind, and welcoming. The residential environment has given us a sense of belonging.
Dante was sooo helpful with my move in… He always answered my questions in a timely manner and was so polite throughout the entire process

Update:
The property manager towed my classic car in retaliation for my negative review. It had the parking sticker on it and I’ve paid $50/m for the last 13 months for its parking space. She lied and told the tow company that the car was abandoned. Unreal.
The property is the worst managed property in the city. They have contractors on site with noisy machines until 3am. They harass residents about everything. They are not dog friendly. The security gate in the garage is always broken. Fire alarms go off at 2am regularly. STAY AWAY
