Very helpful customer service with exchanging Brooks for a different size. I had called ahead, and they even held the correct size for me.

Tom and Lauren were so helpful in finding the right shoe for me. They measured my feet and my gait and made some suggestions based on that data. I couldn’t decide between two shoes, so I got both. Tom recommended an insole that I never knew I needed and it was a game changer!

Best running shoes I’ve ever had! The associate that helped me really knows her stuff, and she found the perfect shoe for me. Kinda like Harry Potter at the wand store.
Turns out I’ve been getting shoes that are too small. I didn’t realize how important a good pair of shoes are. So far I’ve run the boardwalk twice with no problems.

Good assortment of running shoes. Tom was most helpful and was able to find me a great shoe with cushioning and help me with road races.

Very helpful, insightful and friendly staff (thanks Tom!) and left feeling more excited about running. If you’re used to paying $50 - $75 for shoes like me there may be sticker shock, but you get what you pay for.
