Awesome customer service! I called right when they opened to inquire about my daughters ipad that won't turn on. He gave me every scenario possible and gave me quotes for each. I was prepared for the worse but when I got there he was able to find the issue and get it to turn on in less then 5 mins. He didn't charge anything and was really nice about explaing the issue. I would def go back and recommend his service.

I went to a couple of repair shops before coming here to fix my iphone 12 mini that wouldn't work for more than 30 seconds at a time. At the other stores, I waited 20-30 minutes before even talking to anyone, and both places told me the problem was motherboard related and couldn't be fixed, so I'd need a new phone. I came here soon before closing and didn't have to wait at all for service. And instead of dismissing me since we came late in the day, the owner mentioned I could run an errand while he worked on it and come back after the phone had time to charge, etc. I came back 30 minutes later, and the phone was working great! Saved me hundreds of dollars on buying a new phone. Very kind and knows his stuff.

The pricing was reasonable. They were friendly and quick turn around. Did a great job with my back glass and battery replacement. They even put a new screen protector without me asking. Highly recommend!

Me and my husband went this shop. Leo and Mariano are very helpful and accomodating. When you enter the shop you gonna smell the aroma inside the shop. They gonna take good care of your concern. We recommended this shop.

My experience is limited to phone call for pricing of a service. Site advised cost to repair glass would be 500 bucks. A new device is only 250 bucks and replacement glass is only 23 bucks.

These guys are great. Shattered the back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max. These guys drove to my work to replace it and dropped it off afterwards. I then realized my camera was broke too. These guys replaced my full camera at cost since I was a returning customer.

My repair was fine I suppose but really aggravated that the guy didn't tell me they weren't an authorized apple repair shop so after paying 100 bucks more than I had expected, I still will have this issue with Apple saying my screen is not genuine and therefore won't allow certain features.
In regards to your response you are a business who should show integrity! There is an apple authorized repair shop, it is Best Buy right there in Lubbock and yes I feel like you misrepresented yourselves and so after spending almost 400 dollars with yall I still have a phone that is not functional. I have had other phones repaired by others in the past and they always seemed concerned with making sure i knew what i was paying for and after they had my phones spart would xall me and share what they had descovered after delving into the repair and asking what i would like and how to proceed. Yes I know the extent of the damage and the only reason it was "completely dead" was because I had no way to turn it off other than let the battery run down.

Great service. Offered deals for upgrades which were well worth it. Completed the repairs fairly quickly even though they were obviously busy.

It was my first time to be in the store told them what problem I had it was not easy but they finally got me back on what I had a problem. TY

Had been using this place for a while and was a repeat customer until today…. The screen they just installed popped off the phone and resulted in the ribbon tearing…. Went to talk to the guys there for replacement under the “lifetime” warranty it Carries and the guy I spoke to claimed that because the ribbon was torn they couldn’t warranty it (even after I tried explaining that it was a install defect problem, also couple days prior to the screen popping off the right side wasn’t working) his response “you should have brought it sooner”…. They did offer to fix it under cost which is $50 off regular price, but I insisted that if I couldn’t get it fixed under warranty I’d go somewhere else and that didn’t seem to care to him so I did go somewhere else and got it fixed for $140…. These guys are crooks I would avoid coming here

It took longer than expected to get my screen repaired. When I received my phone it was just like new.

This place rocks!
I called a big box store and was told it would cost $169 to repair my screen (iPhone 8 plus) and there were no appointments available for the last day I would be in town.
Flex charged me $49 and got me in right away.
Leo was great! He apologized that it “took so long. ” I waited less than 30 minutes!
I can’t recommend this place more. Great service and great work! Go there for your phone issues! You won’t regret it.
