There is scratch marks on my 30x hat and took longer than they said it would to shape and clean
Needed a felt hat, that I bought elsewhere, re-creased the way I wanted. Went to Flint Boot and Hat Shop. Amazing place.creased my hat the way I wanted while I waited.and at no charge. They will be building me a hat next year. Great place.
