Let’s kick off the reviews on this new icon. I was a tenant for years, beginning end of 2019 with no issues under Julie Mullins. However, upon the arrival of a new woman by the name of CJ, it all went downhill. Everything became a problem, the guy Andy began referring to tenants as ‘trash’, and after a disagreement over laundry machines that I will admit I was wrong about, I decided I wasn’t a good fit for the park and began my move to a rent house. At that point the gossip about me began, and then at the end about a week before rent was due they both came down as I was throwing away garbage and began trash-talking me, saying ‘your new landlords won’t deal with you’ and gasping saying ‘that’s terrible! ’ when I retorted no, I’ll have the nicest place out there. Then he said he wouldn’t accept any more rent from me, even if there was nothing in my spot but a clean rv. So I just decided to leave it at that. This was a bit over a year ago, and I didn’t leave a review at that time due to worrying that friends of mine there would see backlash if I made this review. Now he’s treating them terribly anyway and slandering them on Facebook, so it’s time to make my review. Miss the park for what it used to be.
