Jared walked us through everything we needed to know before closing and ensured us that we would still be taken care of even after closing since our major concern was that the builder would leave us after finishing the sales contract. He was right! Anything we had concerns with had been addressed and when new concerns arise Flintrock has not failed at making us happy! They are great with the warranty on the house, and I am glad they have Joe on their team to ALWAYS show up with a great attitude and help us in any way he can. He goes above and beyond and is a great asset to Flintrock! Everyone from Flintrock so far has been very friendly and willing to help which makes it easy to refer them to our family and friends.

So far, I'm having a Excellent experience with flintrock. First, I had my doubts from past experience but when Joe came over to fix our ceiling fan I was truly amazed how explicitly knowledge and professional he is, he relayed information to me that was very informative.
