So happy with my lash lift and tint! I was so worried after not getting the results I was looking for last week but they are such a sweet team of ladies that they will try to correct anything that may have gone wrong! They are very gentle, I literally fell so fast asleep both times. Always give people chances to correct an issue because you never always know what exactly went wrong. I'm so so happy and I can't wait to show off and recommend to my friends. My differences are attached and you can definitely see. I feel glowing ️

Got a correction done and a week later they was falling out! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

Got my lashes on Thursday, Friday morning they was falling out! Waste of money Called and told them about it they told me the day i HAD to come in and if I didn’t come in on that day they couldn’t fix them It’s not my fault they didn’t give what it was supposed to gave and I had plans on the day I “HAD” to come in! They won’t be getting nothing else from me! Don’t waste your time

I got my eyelashes filled and less than 4 days my eyelashes were falling out as if I needed a fill! Called and scheduled for a correction. Got correction done Thursday and by Saturday this is what my eyelashes look like! I’m so frustrated. The founder of Flirty Girl was my eyelash girl, Crystal, Top 10! She was amazing and her staff! (Plano) - (2011) I’ve been to this location and Dallas and the service and the experience is so disappointing! Money down the drain. If your looking for full volume lashes you will definitely be disappointed ️ and upset in 4 days.

I LOVE this place! My lashes look natural. I like that my eyes did not burned at all and my lash girl was so gentle.

They were running a special for a classic set. The lashes took over 2 and a half hours which I wouldn’t mind if it was quality. After my tech was done, I had to ask to see them before being pushed out the chair. The lashes on one side were not aligned well so I asked her to adjust before I left. She fanned them out even worse and told me they are fine and need to set…. Even I know that’s not how it works. I thought I’ll just deal with it and ignore the fact I just paid them over $100 to do my lashes. The lashes lasted only 40 hours before my left eye had lashes falling out constantly. It is now 1 week today since I had them done and MY WHOLE LEFT EYE IS BALD. I followed care directions to the t and I would assume if it was my own fault BOTH would be bad. Also the lashes weren’t falling out with my real lashes meaning they were not adhered correctly…Because of this, I now have to put glue on false lashes for ONE EYE! I don’t know if they cut quality for specials but I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed especially when I gave feedback 48 hours after my appointment about my issues but no one even responded… why even ask for feedback?

It was my first visit and the entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. I was greeted immediately when I came in, didn't wait long for my appt. Tearra was fantastic! She had such a soft & gentle touch. Very soothing experience. And my lash lift results are fabulous! I look like I'm wearing falsies! I will definitely go again.

As always, great service with a clean and relaxing environment. Ciera has such a great personality that it always feels like I’m catching up with an old friend. She works with you to customize your lashes at each visit depending on your sleep pattern or upcoming events. 100/10 recommend!

Had to return for a second visit because the first time didn’t even look like any different from regular mascara. Afterwards she added more but these extra add ins were very painful not sure if she just added them because I complained but I will never go here again!

It was my first time getting lash extensions I loved my eyelashes but they only lasted a few days. I basically wasted my money. I did call within that week and was told I had 48 hours which had expired. She told me that I would need a new set since I only had a few lashes on each eye. But why would I get another set, if the first one only lasted a few days? Had they been more willing to correct the issue, I would have been a returning customer.

Very Inconsiderate! I emailed Monica to cancel my appointment which I have done on other occasions with no issues. I had to cancel same day because my Mom who has Alzheimer’s was in the hospital, we had a family emergency and they charged my card anyway. I called to explain that I had emailed to cancel. The young lady said she would look into it and I received a call back that because it was less than 24 hours they charged my card. Again my mom was in the hospital a situation unavoidable and no empathy what so ever. I will not return as a client this is unacceptable! Just be careful if you have an emergency they will take your money anyway and not care about your personal circumstances.

4/27/21 To add to your response Monica. I do not have any shows NO Shows you were notified. I would never come back if someone paid me. It is not surprising you have so many bad reviews.

Had my first visit today. I will say I do like my lashes my stylist did do well. However I am unhappy with the customer service I received. I informed my stylist this was my first time ever getting lashes. She maybe only spoke to me twice once to pick a style second to let me know she’s done. I was not given any after care tips or anything. The stylist next to me also had a new client and I over heard her being very helpful and explaining everything about the process she even offered her to use the massage feature on the chair! It would have been helpful to at least be informed of what to do after getting them considering I’m paying for a service and would like to maintain it.

I had reservations about this place because of past reviews but I went and was so pleased and impressed. Monica did my lashes. So nice, professional, clean and knows her craft. Would highly recommend and before I left made another appointment in 2 weeks.

Quality lashes! Definitely coming back for my fills. The place is clean and i saw my lash lady disinfecting everything before taking me back to the chair it make me feel safe
